Matthew Nisbet is always available and approachable and responds to emails promptly. Posts are uploaded very quickly. The website is very user friendly and has helped with our recruitment process. Would recommend to any organisation looking to improve on their search for candidates

I previously wrote about the repeated spam from this business back in May. It appears they've just sent me yet another unsolicited email after receiving assurances previously I wouldn't. If they are unable to listen to people prior to engaging with business, it unfortunately doesn't paint a positive picture about what a business relationship would look like. It would also be pertinent that in an email received on 29th May 2024, I was asked "Am I able to ask a favour for you to remove your review. It would really help AdWarrior as a business.". This goes against the spirit of what TrustPilot is about.

Great customer service, we have been using AdWarrior for the past few years and have had a very positive experience so far. The online facility is very useful for keeping on top of the CV's coming in and allows you to flag incoming applicants by suitability and follow the recruitment process from application, through interview to eventual acceptance or rejection. Should you need support they are always happy to help!

We have successfully recruited a few team members from one advert that was run. The process was seamless and a lot easier with the ease of everything been on one platform.

Lucy from Ad Warrior repeatedly sends unsolicited emails despite repeated requests to stop and remove my details from her system. At no point did a request to be emailed or sign up for any of their services. Her emails state that Ad Warrior are the top rated multi job poster in the uk based on the trust pilot reviews so thought it only right I come on trust pilot to highlight the other side of Ad Warrior’s keyboard warriors

Update July 2024: surprise surprise another email from Lucy at Adwarrior. This despite me requesting my information be removed twice and emailing her back to this effect. Email still says you are rated 4.8 by trust pilot which isn’t accurate either. Will report to ICO

I was looking for a new member of staff to join our team, and I find advertising for recruitment is a bit of a mind field.

They made my whole recruitment drive stress free. I looked across a number of providers to see what they offer, Ad Warrior were the most attentive and provided me with lots of different options to advertise my roles across a broad range of Job Boards.
Ad Warrior were open from the start and explained the whole process from start to finish and what we can expect. After using a similar company in the past for a lower cost, I did my research and got quotes from other providers, however Ad Warrior appeared to have the capacity to advertise more roles than their competitors, which put my mind at rest. I was also presented with a range of clients they work which put my mind at rest.
Since we started advertising, the results have been fantastic and we have just signed up on a 2 year contract for Ad Warrior to oversee all of our recruitment advertising

Ad warrior have been fantastic. Lucy had us all up and running really quickly. We were unsure if it would be successful as we have tried recruiting ourselves through one popular recruitment site but never had too much luck. We often would put this down to being a bit further out of the local towns and other competitors locally.
We had hundreds of applicants through ad warrior and a simple platform to manage them all. We have now successfully recruited and will definitely be using ad warrior again. A big thank you to Lucy who has been very friendly and supportive through the whole process. It has actually worked out cheaper than our normal way of recruiting and has been much more successful.

Matt has always provided an amazing 5-star experience right from the start. His communication is top-notch, and he's always been there to chat and keep me in the loop at every step, especially when posting roles through the Ad Warrior Platform. Plus, He has shown great level of responsiveness and flexibility, which has been really helpful in our recruitment processes plus his friendly and approachable nature has made working with him a pleasure.

Spammers. I have received multiple unsolicited emails regarding them finding candidates for me. They took my email address from a work advert and appear to have added it to their mailing list. I have no need of their services as I do not recruit, and definitely didn't request contact or want to be subscribed to them.

I unsubscribed and continued to receive emails. I have now had to block them.

Edited to add that I have provided evidence of the unsolicited emails to Trustpilot who have verified my review. Despite this, Adwarrior are still trying to have my honest review removed.

Great services from Ad Warrior and Matt Knowles who guided me through the whole process and was always available if I had a query and he made the whole process stress free, and we filled the vacancy in less than a month! We would certainly use Ad Warrior again.

Matt kept in touch at regular intervals for a progress check and did what he could to widen the search when we didn't get many good CVs. He responded quickly to emails with queries. I also really like the new online portal for tracking the applications. Being able to email applicants directly from the portal saves a lot of time.

Since moving our recruitment over to Ad Warrior I have
had nothing but great support from their team. Lucy has been there every step of the way. They have recently upgraded to a new CRM system which makes the whole process really easy. Highly recommend Lucy and the team for any recruitment support.
