AD Williams Crawley repairs to my Audi
AD Williams Crawley repaired the extensive damage to my previously immaculate Audi A6. I had to delay the repairs for 6 months as I was in and out of hospital but AD took this in their stride and contacted me regularly for updates which was really helpful. When the work was done eventually in January the organisation and planning of the required works was executed perfectly. The final result a week later had returned my car back to its immaculate condition . Not only that but my car was filthy dirty inside and out when I took it in and game back virtually valeted inside and out which was a really nice surprise bonus. There was a tiny bit of damage missed to the alloy wheel but AD couldn’t do enough to correct this by immediately supplying a new Audi part without quibble.
So impressed by this company with a super friendly and efficient customer service level comparable to Amazon.
Thanks to all the staff particularly Simon for making this experience what it was and getting my car fixed to such a high standard.
