Very helpful and work carried out very well

Fast and efficient service and car was returned beautifully clean!

Took quite a long time to fix the car but in the end I was happy with the quality.

Our beaten up vehicle has been perfectly restored to its usual condition, showroom fresh.

They have been amazing while my car was with them for repair. I had a call every week explaining what has been done so far and when it should be ready.

Communications perfect before my car was collected but could have been better once the car had gone for repair, no updates until I called.

Overall really happy with the work that was carried out, would have been a 5 star review but for the lack of an update.

In general it was everything easy, mu car was collected at home. Satisfied with the service.

I can not fault AD Williams who repaired the body work to my car and did such a good colour match, there were a few issues when the car was returned to me to start with but the manager was extremley helpful and rectified the issues straight away and got my car back to me really quickly, the service I was given throughout was exellent. I would most definatley reccomend AD Williams for there oustanding work, customer service and communication

Marked down as van didn't arrive back on the date agreed after the repair had been completed.
The repair is very good. Hard to match metal flake paint but looks good and driver is happy. did well to repair without having to remove company logo on rear doors.

I found the service good, but it would be better to phone rather than email, not everyone has email on phones or is in all the time. I would have preferred only one trip to the garage as it was 20 odd miles each way.

When Vauxhall did not have the part, the Manager did his very best to locate a part and succeeded. The staff at the garage were helpful and friendly

We had a small crash in our motibility car, AD Williams kept us up to date from the get go. Excellent communication which is what you need in these times. The car came back looking amazing, wouldn't even know it was involved in a crash at all. Would highly recommend.

The valet was not very good. There is a scrape on the rear that I asked was it there initially but still awaiting photo check to be completed. I had to chase up return of my car. The bonnet was not closed properly so caused alarm to keep sounding. The garage also claimed for a wheel/tyre replacement that was not part of the repair. The handover staff were excellent.
