Communication between myself and the workshop was appalling.
I drove an hour to the workshop to explain how their lack of effective communication had negatively affected my experience with them.
After collecting my car I found some damage to the window of the "green" rear door that was supplied. I have reported this, by email, and have been completely ignored.

My car ended up being a Cat N right off so was never repaired ,however AD Williams took great care of my car when it was with them and were very helpful with all the inquires I made to them.

Negative: Repair took longer than expected (3 weeks for some minor front damage). Communication on progress was always initiated by a phone call by me.

My car was repaired through my insurance Company at the Lydd branch and I could not have asked for better service my car was picked up and a courtesy car delivered to me by two very nice Gentlemen the lady that dealt mith me on the phone was very nice and the repair was carried out very quickly cannot thank everybody involved enough I am really grateful
