Excellent Trouble-Free Service
I can't speak too highly of the service I received from AD Williams - Lydd
They kept me fully informed about my car repairs; collected and returned my vehicle on schedule and all their personnel were extremely efficient and polite. The bodywork repairs to my Hyundi were faultless.

Main repairs to the car were completed…
Main repairs to the car were completed satisfactorily. One wheel was supposed to have been sent away for specialist treatment to remove scuff marks but when the vehicle was returned this had not been done. AD Williams responded promptly to my query and arranged to take the car back to have the job done. Rather than lose the car for nearly a week (even though they promised another courtesy car) I checked the marking on the wheel and easily removed it myself.
AD Williams should have looked at the wheel more carefully when doing the original estimate and, assuming it was actually more than superficially marked, should have sent it away for repair whilst parts were awaited for the main repair. To their credit they apologised for not doing the wheel and immediately offered to take the the car back.

Direct Line told me to expect a call…
Direct Line told me to expect a call from AD Williams to arrange the repairs on my car. The company called me and organised a low loader to collect my vehicle. After inspecting it on arrival at the garage, they called me and advised of the repairs/replacement parts needed and when I could expect completion of the works. I then received another phone call once the work had been carried out to organise the return of the car. All staff were very pleasant to speak to and I have no complaints about the service I received.

AD Williams dealt with my car after being hit from behind. They collected my car and repaired it. Kept me informed of how repair was going through txt and phone calls. Got the car back all in brilliant condition all repaired and cleaned inside and out!!!
