Great service and really helpful staff. I was kept updated through out the work. The member of staff (Bob W) who delivered my vehicle back was really friendly and professional.

Really quick service and the work done was great, got my car back to good as new. The only trouble I had was trying to get hold of them on the phone for updates on the vehicle's repair but when I did get through the people I spoke to where lovely

Reliable, quick and good customer service.

Communication was very poor at the start when I had to call over 10 times to make the appointment.

Additional optional work that I requested was grossly over priced. I can only assume they didn't want that work

The car was returned with marks in it. I sent it back and to be fair, they did resolve it and send it back to me.

In the end, the job got done but it took far too much effort from me to do it.

Awful. Car left working came back completely dead. Rude accusatory phone calls just awful start to Finish and kept billing me vat despite being told I was not VAT registered. Even purported my signiture onto a false document. Car left me driven arrived back on a tow truck dead. When they picked it up the Moroccan guy was rude and was trying to suggest damage encountered wasn’t accident related. Fella who dropped it back started on me and wouldn’t wait 5 mins despite being on a school run. Just awful wish they had never taken my car beware. Told different things nor do they answer he phone. Kept phoning me telling me
Conflicting things accusatory unprofessional a bunch of bullies frankly ! Receptionist nice to start with then became rude and starting having a go at me. Took them 6 weeks and me chasing them to Come and collect my car for accidnt repair.turned up without the I pad at the time I said to avoid. Just awful from start to finish. Avoid at every cost my car is dead I no longer have a car.

Really efficient and worked around me when collecting and delivering my car. Car looks brand new. All the staff I dealt with were really polite and helpful. Really nice experience after feeling rubbish about the damage to the car. Would definitely recommend 😀

I am really fussy and have seen many poor repairs, so always apprehensive on what I’m going to get. However, I have to say that my experience with AD Williams has been excellent, from collection to return. I’m very impressed with the quality of the repair and paint repairs to body and wheels are exceptional. I found the staff courteous and helpful in all communications with them.

Parking was impossible when I dropped off my car off for repairs. I left it on Thursday and they returned it fixed, on Tuesday. Courtesy car was declined as they promised it'd be fixed within 11 days and they fixed it in 2.

They did a great job, super fast too,
even came back earlier

The guys who picked up the van we’re super nice and so was the lady’s on the phone

It took me calling for three days before I could get through to the receptionist, to arrange for my car to be dropped off for me

Not recommend this company .
They delivered and collecting my car wasn't respected at all.
My car repair it took 2 weeks for some minor scratches and after that my car was delivered back to me cleaned off my change but not cleaned by fealt They make.
Disgusting and disappointing with them.
Call them but I have not been contacted back.
Even the paint job wasn't make in a a list standard quality.
Avoid this company because they don't take care of your car and it's a waste of your time and money.
The customer service is so poor because the lady hoo is answering is nice at bigging then when you ask for updates regarding the repair she doesn't know nothing and she gets annoyed and frustrated and then starts to be rude with me.
Ridiculous and unacceptable behaviour.
You as a company have to takes appropriate action against this garage because the employees need treening fror skills and anything else.
The garage is located in Uxbridge.
