I recommend A.D. williams as a good vehicles repairer. Their customer service is excellent. From day1 till i got my car, on every stage they email me and telling me what is happening. After accident they repaired my car like new car. I am very satisfied with their work.
Smooth repair service
AD Williams repaired my car via my car insurance after I was hit from behind. The process was all very smooth and took about a week from when they collected my car and they then dropped my car back off. My only complaint is that as requested we cleaned my car thoroughly when they came to pick it up but it was pretty dirty when they dropped it back with mud all over and around the wheels

Rude staff, playing me for a penny and major delays
I was told I would have my car back within 2 days, it took 2 weeks. I was supplied a courtesy car for the time being, I made sure my car was pull of petrol whilst the car i was given had the petrol light on. When the cars were exchanged back again the courtesy car I gave back had half a tank left and mine had its warning light on. I rang to complain and all they offered to do was give me £5 petrol as "good will" when the driver arrived he had forgotten his petrol card and complained about having to drive back to the office to get it and drive back out to me to put all of £5 petrol in my tank. I rang the office multiple times to check in on my car and i could hear them picking up the phone and hanging up on me without even saying hello, one time in particular I rang and the receptionist took it out on me that I was ringing with a complaint whilst she was "already having a bad day" because they were "a driver down and too busy" like this was my fault...

Poor service throughout
From the moment my insurance company put me in touch with this company, the service has been appalling. My first contact with them was in June, I finally got my car back in August. When they got in touch in June, they told me the date to bring in the car would be determined by when the replacement part for my car could be ready.
I was given A date in August. Prior to the date, no further information was given, included when I needed to be around for the car to be picked up. I had to call the day before and prompted the company to make arrangements and send the courtesy car.
Once the car was picked up, a week went by and I got a call to advise me about the need for extra work. I agreed but received no quote or estimate for the extra work.
Another week went by and I heard nothing. So I called, only to be told that the part needed for the car would not be available until September! Why didn’t they tell me this when I was booking this repair? I would be potentially without a car for without a month.
Thankfully they did say that it might be available earlier and that would let me know. A week later, I called up for an update to the situation in a Monday.
They informed me that it would be available the following day and that I should be around at home to arrange for the car to be returned.
The day after I was told that the car was not ready and I should again be around on Wednesday for the car.
Wednesday came and went without any contact. I had made arrangement and cancelled appointments to ensure i was there for the car handover.
On Thursday with no news I tried calling AD Williams with no answer. I tried a few times during the day. With no response I called the accounts department and expressed my dissatisfaction.
Finally on Friday morning I got a call back, and arrangements made to receive the car.
The whole customer service could have been much much better and I hope MoreThan does not oblige their customers to use this company again.

I am extremely impressed with the Prompt Service, Response and Follow ups AD Williams provided to me.
As I am a Disabled Person and have a Specially adopted Drive from the Wheelchair Vehicle.
This was my First Experience to take my Vehicle to AD Williams for Repair and I was a little worried whether or not they would be able to address all Very Complicated issued. I was really astonished to see that they did everything perfectly to my entire satisfaction.
Although, everyone I found in this Workshop was very Polite and Cooperative, but I would like to especially thank 'Keith Sutton and his Manager Chris' who impressed me a lot due to their Behavior, Attitude, Professional Competence and eagerness to Complete Job as Quickly as possible in the Best way they could do.
