Absolutely shocking experience with the repairs here. Its a company selected by my insurer who I thought I could trust but they have had to take my car in 4 times to fix the initial repair. This is due to initially replacing damaged parts with other damaged parts, then the repair not being up to standard, then the company damaging the car in a new place to find out they never fully repaired something from the first time. Its appalling and I wouldn’t trust them ever again.

Repaired my vehicle very quickly. Communication was very good. Im very happy with the service provided

AD Williams - Uxbridge gave a 5 star service from start to finish. from the collection of my car to the constant updates as my car went through each process and returned in perfect condition I cannot thank the Service Manager and team for their complete professionalism throughout the whole experience.

Hassle free handling. They picked up and dropped back, and my car is again as it was before.

Really fabulous work, flawless repair and such nice staff members! We had an accident whereby our car was crashed into whilst we slept in the house, in a 4 car pile up due to a driver passing out at the wheel. The damage was fairly bad at the back but we got off lightly as the end car! It needed a whole new rear bumper, lower half of the boot tailgate and a new light cluster, new number plate and boot lock and lots of spraying and filling including lots behind the bumper too! They showed me photos of the work in progress when I got there with my daughter (age 7) as I said I was interested and she was fascinated too and they couldn’t have been kinder to us showing how it was fixed and making sure we were happy! We were even able to drop the hire car we had off with them so it was so easy!! Thank you so much!! :)

Worst ever garage ever unprofessional very very bad paint don’t get near plus I got my car back crack on the windscreen and they refused responsibility please please keep a way COWBOY if anyone not believe I got my car for inspection ready don’t let them near your car you will regret

The job was done as supposed to, but the communication was seriously lacking. As the customer I did the chasing to understand when my car was going to be ready and the time frame I was given was not met even though the information was there prior to it being communicated to me. The gentleman however who picked up and dropped off my car was brilliant.

Straight forward people who know what they are doing and doing their job well.

Customer service was poor the girl was very short with her responses and had attitude. Wasn’t listening to me and had the audacity to tell me what had happened in my accident even though she wasn’t there!!!!! My car came back with a broken windscreen and tried to say it happened in the accident even though when my car was picked up it wasn’t picked up on in the report.

The reception lady on the phone was incredibly rude, had 0 customer service skills and made you feel intimidated. Unfortunately she answered the phone everytime I rang and had an argument with me almost everytime. However the rest of the service I received from AD Williams was great. The men who picked up my vehicle were really helpful and a great asset. I would defo recommend AD Williams if they don't have to deal with the reception lady!

The repair on my car seems to be carried out to an excellent standard I’m quite happy with the repair I would say this is a very professional organisation also I would like to mention The customer service receptionist I do believe her name is shell Bailey mannerism her professionalism and the way she dealt with my queries and issues very professional she is a credit to the organisation very good customer steel skills I will certainly be recommending A.D. Williams for any repair work which is needs to be carried out on on vehicles that have been involved in an accident I’m very happy with The repair work which was carried out on my car . MR K WATSON
