It was a fantastic service even though they did not fix my car as my v car valued CAT N. The guy who collected my car at home was very good and with sense of humour.. Its nice to have an employee who has that skills to make your day much nicer. He gave a lot of information and he was very polite. Can not fault anything with the service even they did not fix my car.

Friendly staff that explained everything that I needed to know, excellent work on the repairs on my vehicle as it looked as good as new. Very pleased

work is excellent, but receptionist hardly listened to what I had to say.
I spoke to my insurance company and they said to take to the centre, I explained this all to the engineer, they agreed to the work so the can send the report to the insurance company. But the receptionist didn’t allow me to speak or listen to what I did, which I found very inappropriate.

My car was collected and delivered on time. Repair was done satisfactory. Car was cleaned inside and outside. Happy with the service I got 😃

My car key was returned damaged however a very polite gentleman called me back and offered to replace it.

Eddie Williams was to my car repair after I got involved in an accident. They were pretty friendly and pretty understanding they took care of the repairs quickly and they handled my car very well. There was a small incident with one of the tires but the manager was very generous and he replaced the tire with a brand new one without giving me any headaches or causing problems. Recommend

Although repair was quick. My car has come back with more surface scratches than before it went in (rear bumper & passenger door). Damage was at the front end of car. So don't understand why. These were not there when car was picked up from home address. Was promised a call back yesterday 20/03/21, still waiting.

Customer service was excellent and everything else went smoothly. Brilliant service especially the lady at the desk.

Initial contact and organisation seemed promising however the work completed was beyond what was necessary (works paid for and organised by insurance company directly) and the vehicle return was delayed several times and on multiple occasions I was promised I would get a 'call and the vehicle returned this afternoon or in the morning'. No communication was received from the company following collection of the vehicle, all contact required me to chase to find out what was going on. In fairness everyone I actually spoke to was really friendly but clearly the infrastructure of the business is flawed. Vehicle fix appears to be fine, valeting of the car was under par but unexpected so a nice gesture nonethless.

I would go out of my way to avoid using them again.

From start to finish the service was just First class. The customer service was fantastic, the repairing of car made the car appear to be brand new again. Bonus the car was valeted which added to the Extremely pleasing experience.
