Well the day you took my car for repairs ,AD WILLIAMS was ment to bring a courtesy car, that did not happen all I was told is we forgot to bring the car we will bring it tomorrow, then for the next 3 days I could now get through to you , and then a week later whe I managed to get through to you someone there told me that my car is total loss so and I have to deal with my insurance now ,

The collection and delivery service was good. Although the reports that came through were a little confusing with the terminology. I couldn't get onto the app to see progress so I had to keep emailing for an update rather than being told.

Great work done
The repair that was done on our car was fantastic, couldn’t fault, and the car was cleaned before handing back to me. The pick up and drop off of the car again was great not faults, however the customer service however not so great. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and every time I rung it took a long while to get through, they didn’t update me and the “receptionist” was so rude it put doubts in my mind about the company! The lady I spoke to always just said “they were busy with other customers” which is understandable, so perhaps a suggestion instead of phone just ringing out, an automated message, or voicemail? However great work on the car.
