Paid via bank card €256.15 on ordering a new defibrillator battery [there is no non-payment option] an invoice order number with payment method sent by email; money withdrawn from bank 4 days later, then heard nothing.
3 weeks later I ring the ROI info line a number of times to get the same voice message instructing me to email, so I did.
I was surprised to get an email back requesting payment with some story about being unable to trace payment. Subsequent email no more help and no sense of concern to track down the payment missing within Medisol.
Further phone calls to ROI and UK "help" line have exactly the same voice message instructing me & everyone else to email.
So despite an order number quoting payment method, 23 days after money leaving my account there is no sign of a battery nor apparent receipt of my money.
My bank tells funds have been deposited with Medisol BV for the last 23 days
Stay away.

P.S. Within 40 minutes of posting the above review and advising of its content to the contact in Medisol who had previously been unable to find my payment, I received a notification that a battery had been despatched. I await delivery.
P.P.S. A day after receiving notification that my battery is on its way, 24 days after my bank paying Medisol, I have received another payment request.

We are very sorry to read that you are unsatisfied with our service. Because we take complaints very seriously, your reaction has been escalated to me, as manager of the sales department.
In the beginning of this year, we had to deal with an unforeseen technical issue in our Irish webshop. As a consequence, invoice payments had to be temporarily allocated manually to orders. Unfortunately, due to a human error, a reminder was sent to you, despite your actual payment.
After your mail message, we detected the error and sent you the battery ordered. On posting your above complaint, the battery had been shipped the day before. You were notified of this.
The last mentioned 'payment request' was actually not a payment request, but a notification of the paid invoice.
I would like to stress that Aedexpert.ie/Medisol is a fully trustworthy company, which has been in the aed-business for 20 years. Our customers value our rapid delivery and personalised service, which can be deducted fromt their positive reviews on Trustpilot. We regret that you did not have a similar experience and that we could not meet your expectations in this perspective.

At the time of writing i still dont have the product i ordered.

Thank you for your feedback Mark. As explained to you on the telephone, there was a glitch in the system and your payment was showing up as having not been received. Within 5 minutes of your telephone call, our team traced the payment and you were telephoned immediately with an update and apology, your order was then immediately shipped to you. At the time of you leaving your feedback, you are in receipt of the UPS tracking number for your order, so are well aware that your order is on the way and due to be delivered to you tomorrow. You were not charged extra for the product - you failed to put your VAT number on your online order, we noticed this error and took it upon ourselves to find and add your VAT number to the order that you placed online and refunded you the VAT that you were charged because you did not provide your VAT number on your online order. We explained this to you on the telephone and apologised, we again apologise and understand your reasons for not being satisfied with the service received on this occasion, due to a technical fault. The statement that you were ''charged extra'' however, is completely untrue and we are disappointed that you would write such a false statement on your feedback.
