Do not trust Aegis Auto Transport. They completely violated the terms we agreed upon. After securing my booking with specific dates and price guarantees, they completely changed the terms at the last minute, holding my vehicle hostage for extra money. Their communication is deceptive, and their staff shows zero respect for contractual agreements. This company operates with terrible business ethics. Do your research and stay far away from them.

Pedro Diaz was professional and polite throughout the entire transportation process. Highly recommend working with this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I signed a contract with Jeff on a price we agreed upon and I asked Jeff if there were any hidden fees (he lied). Then the priced doubled once they were going to pick it up. I was able to get the price down a little but not to the original contract price. The transported lost my keys with no way of getting the car off the trailer. All the locksmith could not make a copy of the key due to the vehicle type. Transporter had to take the car the a dealership. Right now I am in the process of seeing what can be done to get the car off the trailer and a new key made. On top of that there was a language barrier which made it harder to communicate. BE SMART USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Absolutely one of the worst companies out there, 100% avoid. They will list your car on a forum & will raise price of ANY quote they’ve given you. They do not have their own drivers, they outsource them & scrape profits off the top. Will keep deposit even if another company can do it cheaper do to “breach of contract” 1000000% avoid. I jumped through extra hoops just to put this review out, they will text you a few days after to “leave a positive review” and asks for screenshots of the review, this screams that positive reviews are fabricated & untrustworthy.

Pedro Diaz at Aegis Auto Transport is one of the best in the business. As a carrier, I appreciate his clear communication, accurate load descriptions, and fair rates. He doesn't waste your time—the cars are ready when he says they are, and the paperwork is always handled professionally. If you’re a driver looking for a reliable broker who respects your schedule and your bottom line, Pedro is your guy.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Do not use this company! After 3 weeks if being jacked around and excuse after excuse our car was not picked up. We wanted to go with another company and Aegis said we would be in breech of contract and they would add on another 800.00. They kept the 100.00 deposit and wanted 100 more and after threatening to call our lawyer they finally backed off. Im still concerned we will get repercussions. They have our credit card information. I would not recomend this company under any circumstances.

This was the worst experience with a car transporter, actually i got screwed for the roundtrip. i was quoted 620.09 the took 175 for a deposit. well that all changes when you have the driver picked up i was told i had to give the driver 600. there truck broke down! the hydraulics went they couldn’t load or unload vehicles. Communication was horrifying! all lies! they did the bate and switch! Now its been almost a week since they have my car! Oh, and no deals when they screw up no apologies! anyway i ended paying 1300 both ways with a quote of 600 each way! don’t ever use this comany! this transport business is a scam!!

Very disappointed with aeigs auto transport 😞they demanded an extra money. Avoid this.

Without a doudt the worst company we have done business with in the last 40 years! They lied to us a dozen times or more about when the vehicle was going to be picked up and delivered along with the bait and switch on the price. Supposidly after we made a deposit to hold our quote the "driver" wanted over 3 times the amount that was quoted upon and wouldn't do it at all. Terrible company to do business with and very illegal according to the DOT and the Wisconsin Dept of Justice, save yourself a hug headache and stay away from these scammers!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY.
