I received great service from this shop, my order was shipped out the same day, arrived very quickly (with RM 48hr postage) and was packaged perfectly to make sure the palette was not damaged in transit. They even included a free fragrance sample which was a nice bonus.

Vile customer service. Stay away
Seller sent the wrong item and then tried to convinced me that it's the same thing. I asked for return and then the barrage of insults and excuses started. They made it look like it's only one person company. They don't work 24/7 and then she was seriously ill and then the person that was supposed to generate return label decided to quit, and for stupid £9 I opened a paypal case, and on and on and on. Needless to say I'm still waiting for my return label and the refund. You may be lucky if you get exactly what you ordered, but good luck if something goes wrong. Stay away from this company.

You received the ordered product but in a new packaging. Same contents, new package design - happens very often in this industry. But you claimed that you don't like this version, you want to return it, and demanded a return label. You sent your message on Saturday evening, past 6pm, when I don't usually work (how many companies do you know that work late Saturday evenings?) and I was also very ill at the time. Yet, I responded to your message, but then I had to get some rest as I was really unwell. But you were apparently expecting that I'll be responding promptly to your messages during night and day, 24/7. When you haven't received a reply to your second Saturday evening message, when I've been struggling with a high fewer, you made a lot of fuss about that on Sunday. The information about working days and hours is provided, so how can you claim that you haven't received an answer on time? But even thinking logically, how can you expect immediate responses on weekend evening/night? Then on Monday I was very sick, I've been in touch with GP and emergency services, that's why I wasn't available on this day. I sent you screenshots from my mobile on Tuesday showing phone calls to 111, trying to prove that I'm honest, and why I wasn't able to get back to you on Monday. On Tuesday, still feeling unwell, I had to ask the second director to generate you a return label because you kept raising new cases, one on OnBuy, and 2 more on PayPal. The order wasn't made on our official store but on OnBuy. You received your return label on Tuesday provided on both, OnBuy and PayPal, so why are you lying here that you haven't received it? So this is your 'humane' approach to a non-issue involving a stupid £9 item that you couldn't even wait for just few days to be resolved? It's a really sad assault on small companies and people working in such, where you still can speak to a human being, instead of an automated chat, or AI at best. But given this amount of abuse, harassment and aggression from customers, especially those not paying or paying very little, it's no wonder why online sector is replacing humans with automated tools.
Excellent personal service
Excellent personal service from this company. I was advised how to repair a discontinued eyeshadow which I had purchased and immediately dropped. I tried to reorder but was advised it had been their last one, and Monika explained how I could repair it. Subsequently she emailed me personally to say they had been able to obtain another one and gave me the link. I am ver pleased with the service from this company and their employees. Well done Aemon!
