I could have put 5 star. But I do not have the impression that for my 2nd order that the delivery man really passed the bell. So I had to pick up my package directly at the location of the deposits. But otherwise apart it is a trusted site that I recommend.

Ordered a lip gloss which was £13 plus…
Ordered a lip gloss which was £13 plus delivery. It was previously on sale at Boots for £9 plus delivery and £10 plus delivery at ASOS plus but they were both sold out. I entered expensive under comments when I placed the order.
Aemon then cancelled the order with NO explanation. When I enquired why this had happened they said it was because I said it was expensive under comments??? Why have a comments box???

You knew the price from the beginning, and yet you bought the product not hiding the grudge against us. You received the answer regarding the cancellation of the transaction within the day, even though it was Sunday and we usually do not answer at weekends. We do not promise anywhere that we offer the lowest prices for all products. Market is changing all the time and cheaper products can pop up anywhere, anytime. But for many products we are the cheapest source or the only source. You should take into account that as we are a small family run business, we do not always get the same purchase prices as large stores. However, unlike others, we send most orders within 24HR, we add freebies, we cover faster shipments from our own pocket and often package for the customer as a gift. We tried to be polite to you, but nevertheless received aggressive, rude messages. We are sorry that, for £1 difference, our employees were treated like a garbage by you, even after you bought the same item cheaper elsewhere.

Tried with low expectations but pleasantly suprised
I wanted KVD lash liner and couldn't get it elswhere in the UK due to black Friday sales and covid restrictions for travelling. I found this site and it had what i wanted at a reasonable price. I got some extra sephora rouge infusion lip tints to make up postage and am very happy with my products. They were delivered as promised, on time. They came packaged in one of those beautiful metalic bubble envelopes. overall A+ only criticism is I wished the lip tint listing had more swatches or images of the product on models.

Items were packaged really well
Items were packaged really well, they were Christmas presents so I can’t give a review on the products. I was disappointed that although I paid for next day delivery they took 3 days to arrive.

But I'm not sure why you expected the next day delivery as we never, ever offered such.
The faster delivery service we offer is 1st class Royal Mail, which you actually chose.
And we posted it the same day as you made your order, despite the busy Christmas time and the fact that we clearly state that our orders are dispatched within max 2 days:

So it's not us who are to blame and it feels unfair to receive a lowered score just for something beyond our control.
And while most of the 1st class mail is being delivered within a day, delays during the busy time before Christmas were happening pretty much every year. And this year we are also in the middle of pandemic with additional restrictions imposed and additional staffing issues. So we should all show more common sense and support to hard working postal workers who work in really difficult conditions and risk their lives to deliver our parcels.
