Jade is so full of positive energy ❤️
A friend of mine mentioned she'd started learning a routine with Jade and really enjoyed it and was wondering if I was interested in doing one too. I then saw Jade was running a tricks class and as it's a passion of mine I thought I'd give it a go!
I had so much fun learning some new moves from Jade, not only did she break things down amazingly into different levels so you can try to achieve at least one thing from each trick she was so full of energy and bubbly that it was so much more enjoyable than other classes I've taken previously! I hope I can attend more!
Lokdown really is a great way to try out studios which aren't necessarily local, but I know if I was ever in the area I'd love to be taught by her one to one!

Excellent instructor
Instructor Jade, has so much enthusiasm it’s infectious and the way she has adapted to the pandemic taking classes online is fantastic. She pushes you to get your goals and explains everything in such a manner it sticks in your head.
If you want to start your pole journey then I couldn’t recommend Jade highly enough to help your aerials dreams come true 💙💙💙

Amazing Instructor, Fantastic Studio!!
I cannot say enough good things about Jade Strugnell! (Studio owner and Instructor) She has helped me so much on my pole journey. She's helped me improve my strength, always encouraged me and boosted my confidence enough to get me back into competitions. Her creativity and choreography is incredible. I always leave class feeling totally beasted but elated. She's not only a great teacher but a fantastic performer. If you're looking for an exciting new aerial adventure I cannot recommend a better instructor!

Pole is for everyone!!
Jade is one of the most amazing instructors I've had the pleasure of being taught by. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about pole, fitness and nutrition but she is very patient and understanding. She somehow knows when to push you and when to hold back. Book on to a class or private session today, you won't be sorry. Xx
