I bought a set of Aerless travel bags and had an issue with delivery from local post. Aerless did not hesitate and made full refund after verification. After few month the post called and delivered the parcel yet Aerless told me its ok and not need pay its a gift. Absolutely grateful for your kindness, sign of a respectful company. Certainly will not hesitate to do another purchase.

These bags have changed the way we pack. We travel with on carry-ons, so being able to vacuum pack a large amount is really a trip. I would highly recommend Aerless to all travelers!!

Works so great - we have three!

I bought Aerless travel bags for my adult children as Xmas presents -- they've used them multiple times and they have worked great. As a result, I bought them for my husband and I as well -- we had a snafu with the order and their customer support team helped quickly and fully resolved the issue. This is a great product and a good company to work with.

The bags were excellent for my trip to Iceland. My big puffer coat and base layers compressed impressively enough that I could put them in my backpack for easy access.
There was a delay in receiving the bags but they arrived just in time for my trip.

I ordered some vacuum packs, which I need to return as I ordered something similar from another company which arrived earlier and in time for a trip. It took me 10 to 12 tries to return the air packs to Aerless. I eventually did get a credit but had to continually ask for a return label to return the merchandise. I would never do business with this company again. It was too frustrating.
I placed the order Feb 9, 2026. Finally resolved.April 14,2026 after much correspondence.

Good customer service and nice quality product. The 4 pack of bags arrived but unfortunately someone at the delivery depot had ripped it all open and a bag had been lost. Customer service sent a replacement straight away with no hassle.
Since then both myself and my wife have used the bags. They're great for making the most of hand luggage space, and I'm using them while on a diving holiday where space for clothes is at a premium compared to all the equipment I need to take.
The bags themselves are nice and tough so can be packed with all the hardware with no worries about them ripping.
I'm not as convinced about the electric pump, it doesn't get as much air out of the bags as a hand pump, but it's really small and neat, and the bags aren't as solid if they still have a little air in them so can be moulded a bit easier if needed.
Remember, just because you've made everything smaller doesn't mean it's lighter!! That's my problem though, and probably obvious to everyone else!

Very cheap made, when asked for a refund they refused and I needed to beg them to accept my return. I ship it back in February and I haven't received my refund

A friend lent me her Aerless to use on my first Camino. It was a lifesaver for space in my backpack and really helped keep me organized. I just needed to make sure I didn’t deflate my bag to early in the morning and wake up the other pilgrims. Before I finished my trip I already made made order for myself. Highly recommend!

It arrived on time for my cruise!
It was perfect for the flat items like slacks and jeans and the smaller clothing-socks and underthings.
I look forward to my next trip with a smaller suitcase and/or carryon.

Totally changed the way i pack for a trip. After i had put my clothes in the my aerless bag, i had alot of space for everything else that i needed. This was the best purchase i made for my most recent vacation. Most likely will be making another purchase

Used my packing bags for the first time, one for my partner and one for me. 5 night trip to Vegas and able to do carry on very easily.
The bags are very well made and the chargeable pump worked as advertised. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again..........

I purchased a four pack with the pump. My daughter was going on a five day trip to Florida with her partner & is a chronic over packer. She really loved them! She was able to over pack with space to spare!
I ordered a second 4 pack with an extra pump. Now my husband and I will each have two. I then gifted a very good friend (& avid traveler) a set of two with a pump. She was so excited! She’s going to Sweden soon & they’re only using carry on bags. I made her day. I don’t go on my vacation till mid July. I love my packing cubes, but my Aerless bags will make it easier to pack all of my vacation purchases!

The bags themelves do exactly what was promised and the portable rechargeable vacuum make this a travel essential. We did have one bag that didn't seal well but the Aerless customer service is top notch and responded within 24 hours and is sending a replacement. The quality of the bags is obvious and overall a great experience.

Fantastic product that makes all the difference to travel! No need to worry about checked bags anymore with these bags. Inclusive pump is very powerful and works great when you are travelling.
