Terible experience. Workers are trying to by polite, but this is just talks. But the internet ia working not good. Lots of strugles. Sometimes 3-4 days not working at all.

If I could put minus 5 stars here I…

If I could put minus 5 stars here I would!!! Everyone who has reviewed Aeromax here with a One star review, which is way more than they deserve, has said it all!!! They are rip off merchants, totally incompetent in every department unless they want to sell you a new service!! Then they miss-sell you that product promising 100mB service and in the Costa Blanca we can never ever get 15mB over Air fibre unless its right under their antennas and one of their own engineers told me that. And then not when it rains as you say, or even if the tourists are here. I tried to get a copy of their Complaints Procedure from them. To date they have still not sent it. Look at the owner's wonderful claims, Stephan Bergmann, who is CEO of Aeromax he has put on various websites about their fabulous 5G service for ALL, like on Mimosa's website, his tech partners. He is obviously making a good living from all or our subscriptions and non-refunded deposits and does not give a damn about what is going on at base level in his company. I went to OMIC about the dire service we had and they wanted to take this up but I said I would let Areromax prove me wrong. They never did so I cancelled and then they tried to get 2 years instalments from me. I would be embarrassed as business owner to say I owned Aeromax!!

Don’t even try

Just awful .
If rains - 1 day guaranteed NO internet, if it happens at the weekend
( because NOBODY IN THIS COMPANY wants to work at the weekends ) 3 !!!! days NO internet .
And be prepared - light at the small black box , reset , we call you back , technical department is working on your case, by time they supposed to solve it - they working hours are finished.
And I am sure they soon will start to be going to court with alarm companies.

Aeromax, do something good......

Hello Aeromax
Since march 2018 I use aeromax, great, no problems, quick service, everything fine.
A few months later a great difference, I've got a contract aeromax 10 and what do I get a download of 0,70 INSTEAD of 10 and an upload off 0,01 instead off 3. Most off my apps don't work because streaming to low,
I have mailed them, phoned them no reaction.

We regret dealing with this company

We regret dealing with this company, too much no internet and a robot telling you they have 48 hours to work on it. Not possible to speak with technicians or manager. Anybody can recommend a better company?

Client problem service poor contacting

Client problem service poor contacting hours.
Very low internet speed, not as promised and paid. Sometimes a few days without internet, and if its happening at friday afternoon even worse, not a chance to contact the company then for the rest of the week!

The company does not return deposits.

The company does not return deposits as promised and written in contract.
After several reminders on email the "customer service" didn't respond before they were threatened with legal actions.
Still no money returned.
This has happend to several people.

Terrible customer service and non existing ethics.
The technical quality of the service is very varying and response time is slow.

Stay far away from this company.

They did eventually return the deposit weeks late after I wrote here.

Aeromax will charge you a high fee to…

Aeromax will charge you a high fee to install the equipment in the first instance. Then their fees are the same as others initially their speed will show as what you have contracted for. However, shortly afterwards they drop the speed and make your service very difficult. Their customer service via email is non existent, their staff do not care about supplying you at the contracted speed as they have already crooked you with the installation fee and you must pay automatically from your bank for the monthly fee. Unless you have a fixed wire internet connection these WiMax transmitter companies are providing a service but it is light years behind any developed nation. Aeromax have a company that handles its facebook pages which has nothing to do with Aeromax staff. Overall they will cause you frustration and disappointment, do not use this company.

I don't recommend AEROMAX SPAIN! - No recomiendo AEROMAX SPAIN - Ich empfehle AEROMAX SPAIN nicht!

Whilst it works ok, but if you have a problem, no service or bad connection you will probably not get a fast and correct response, and they won't even answer to any economic claim and you will spend hours, days, weeks and months with your problem, calling to their call center which isn't able to respond or give any relevant information.... In the meantime they will send you letters claiming for payments, without giving you a right solution...

Aeromax 5G Wireless Avoid,Should Read Aeromax 5G Useless

Avoid,Avoid,Avoid Aeromax 5G Wireless I have no internet today on the 30th March 2018 and this happens on a regular basis.No customer service,slow to respond.They are scammers as they still charge you for several days at a time for no service, no refund or response. The CEO Stephan Bergmann should be ashamed,its disgraceful, they take your money to install, that's where it ends.At the moment two baked bean cans and 500 yards of string is more use, Aeromax is not as good as useless.Take note readers AVOID ! Edited today 1st April 2018 and 6 consecutive days without internet, I have researched further, read the reviews on line a phantom company, a big mistake by me having this installed, no customer service,useless, a scam company.

NO Internet__NO Custom Service

We're now nearly three months with this company.
In this time the internet went off about 20 times.
Normally after 5 min. it goes on again, no pleasant,....
But with this we still can life, things sometimes can go wrong.
But,.....One time we had no internet for a FULL six days!!!!
Past Saturday we have had many problems, but every time it got back on.
Sunday it went down and stayed down, until now,...still no internet.
We have tried many times to call custom service, but it's a tape, you all know how these things work.
We tried 5 times, no luck, custom service does not exists.
Also no refunds for the missing days, we canceled the domicil with our bank, and even got a fine of around 5€!
This is my personal experience with this company, I don't recommend this to other people.
I now just called another company, and I'm changing my ISP.
UPDATE We are now Monday 14u45 still NO internet.

Aeromax - Poor Internet and poor customer service

I have been a customer of Aeromax for a while. Up until recently, I was not depending on a stable internet, hence Aeromax was fairly cheap for my usage. However, now I have moved permenantly to Spain, and a stable internet is a must. The position of the antenna was changed after much trouble with unstable internet. This helped. Of course, Aeromax did not take any responsibility of the incorrect installation as they were using third party for the intial installation. I had to pay cash EUR 60 for having an Aeromax technician to come and adjust the position of the antenna. I have not been reinbursed for this amount.
I had much better internet for a while, but once again, I am having these reoccuring issues. Aeromax is very hard to get through to, and their working hours are only 9am to 6pm on weekdays, hence solving any issues are time consuming. I do not recommend this provider.

Unstable Internet & extremely poor Customer service (Spain)

Extremely poor Customer service and regular interruption of Internet - connection is very unstable, sometimes we have no Internet at all. We have been with this provider (in Alicante province, Spain) for more than a year now, and are planning to switch them to a different Internet provider. Aeromax' (Martin Telecom) Customer service is only available during work hours, after 6pm and during weekends they are closed. When there is an issue with Internet (which happens very often!!) it is hard to get through to the Customer Service, and they are very slow at helping out. Sometimes it takes days for them to sort out an issue, which is totally unacceptable. For days of no Internet they do not reimburse, and it seems that they consider regular interruptions a norm. Would NOT recommend using this provider.
