I’ve always had great reliable service with aeropay. It’s allowed me to skip having to go to find an atm that would have probably cost me a butt-ton of fees. That sucks, keep rocking hard aeropay!

Horrible customer service Is been over 2 weeks now since i wrote you guys in customer support to your email , and to your twitter and you wont answerrr theres no way else to reach you guys !!!! In in one of my gambling sites account, i can no longer link a bank account it says to contact support@aeropay and i had money that i earned fair and i cant take out !! Not cool how long till i get answer a month? 2 -3 months?? Ridiculous i want to withdraw my moneyyy!!!!

This company has zero support value, only offers email and they do not respond. Different errors each time I try to use their app!!

Been hoping to get some money I withdrew from a game site I play on to my chime account it says the withdrawal process is quick but still nothing and can't find a status of the transfer anywhere this sucks next time I'll stick to crypto since it's instant this is stupid

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this company absolutely exceeded my expectations. I had an issue around 8pm, sent them an email (not expecting to hear back until at least the next day), and they got back to me within the hour. I was able to have a conversation with their friendly service staff, and they solved my issue that night.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Worked ok for the first purchase, after that expect to email their support and not get a reply. I have had issues 8 times , none resolved. You will not be able to make purchases.

By far the worst customer service when it comes to dealing with transfers. I want to get my funds out and to do that I need to resolve an email change issue but they don’t even respond all they send is an email and say they’ll help shortly even though I’ve been waiting for at least a month it’s ridiculous. Then I try to use the live chat and it’s not even on the damn site like what is going aeropay.

I wish I could give negative stars .. no live support customer service still haven’t gotten my mot still waiting on even a e mail from them from now on any company using Aeropay I will NOT be doing business with them .. do not do business with with Aeropay !!!!!!!!

Customer support just ignores all my support requests ive sent multiple in multiple days. Also live chat on the website is a scam i sent messages and hours and still no responses.

1 star is not even low enough. Live support is a facade to get you in a Lul of comfort yet when you need it it's completely non existent. I've been in live chat for over 7 hours about a simple transfer. They boast all this customer 24/7 bs 365 yet it's been 3 days since I got the email saying one business day. Absolutely worst customer service when handling people's money.

An awesome way to pay at the dispensary. I use Aeropay every time I go. No need to bring cash and it saves time. If you are not preordering and using Aeropay, you are doing it wrong.

Never have any issues with this service, and I use it often. Saves me so much money in fees. Also allows for super fast checkout.

I've used aeropay 2 times in the past month with no issues. For the past 2 days I've attempted to use it with the same merchant and I continue to get error messages indicating that their system detected a potential overdraft. There is a balance of 4 times the transaction amount in the linked account. The transaction repeatedly gets cancelled every time I attempt to place delivery order and there is no other payment method available from the merchant. Ive emailed support several times with no response. It concerns me that they have access to my account information and I have no way to close the account or even get in touch with them to close it. I will be reporting this to the federal trade commission. There is no way to close the account or contact any customer service other than the email address. I've also notified the merchant with no response.

Areopay is awesome and very convenient

I live using this app. Makes all dispensary visits easy and hassle free, especially not having to worry about cash.
