How Aeropay has saved me time and money
Since Aeropay has become an option for payment it has made life easier with my dispensary purchases. I am disabled , and walk with a cane. Normally I would have to go to my bank before the dispensary visit, if I did not want to incur transaction expenses, from using my debit card at the dispensary. I have been using Aeropay since it became available, and I’ve been very happy with the convenience., as well as not incurring additional cost as a result of the transaction. The convenience factor is great due to my limited mobility.
It is easy to use and fast.
I have been using Aeropay for a couple of years. I find it easy to use and the is no extra charges. Highly recomend!

Aeropay is super seamless and easy to use! Haven’t had any issues and Aeropay makes it super easy to pay merchants who partner with the service without having to physically have your card. Thanks Aeropay- will continue to use the service until I can’t anymore!
ZERO SUPPORT FOR CONSUMERS
My consumer experience: For almost a week now, I have been having an ongoing issue processing a transaction to my bank via Aeropay. Currently, neither the merchant nor my bank account have receipt of where the funds are so I, the consumer, am completely in the dark. I've spent many hours of my time in support chats and writing extremely detailed emails to help resolve my issue, but have gotten very little communication in return if any.
Consumer Support Issues:
- 3x during weekday US business hours has their live support chat not had anybody available.
- IFF you are lucky to get a response via their email support, it will be a one sentence response that doesn't acknowledge your inquiry.
- Support case responses will not provide you with any transparency into your issue, but will certainly demonstrate a lack of urgency and incompetent triage ability.
- Expect 24 hour minimum intervals for follow-up responses on your support case.
Update: Day 14 - still no resolution

Super disappointing support - no help for 8 days and counting
Until recently, I'd have given them 5 stars. Super smooth transactions, no trouble, awesome that they work with the weed industry. But I have run into exactly one incredibly solvable problem, that no one on the customer service team seems to be able to solve. I got flagged for delinquent activity that was not actually delinquent activity. As I sit here typing it has been days with no actual help. I thought I was making progress when I answered every question, provided all the information I was asked for and included a picture of my ID. I also provided an explanation for how the mistake occurred. My first contact was on July 4th. The last message I got from support was July 8th.Today as I write this, it's July 12th. This is appallingly bad service and I am livid. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET HELP???
Honest reviews about terrible service seem to be the only way to get any attention or help. Again, and I can't stress this enough, I cannot possibly overstate the fact that it is July 12th. July 4th - 12th I have been unable to use my account. I have been ignored by support. I do not understand or know what is happening but it's ridiculous.
Feel free to rectify and apologize, Aeropay.
