Installer (Darren) called to advise of his arrival time. Explained what he would need to do and carried the work out efficiently. He then showed me how to use the different features of the smart meter. Very efficient and polite. A credit to the company.

John was pleasant, helpful and efficient. I was contacted in advance to confirm the appointment and so far have had no issues.

The engineer Paul Curtis was very polite and professional he also helped to provide me with as much information as possible to help with lowering energy use and explained how to navigate and use the smart meters to ensure that I was getting the best information needed for me to be fully aware of my usage
And even though he was experiencing technical issues with his device needed to install the meter he remained professional and used the time to fully ensure I understood and had information needed and even stayed longer than his time slot just to ensure that everything was fully operational before leaving an absolute fantastic representation for the company
