Excellent customer service.

We did wait a little longer for our pillows but were kept informed, they came very well packaged. I tried one out of the two just incase but unfortunately I found them a little too high. I contacted Aeyla and they gave me a full refund. As I have used the pillow they told me to give it to a local shelter.
I am really sorry that I didn't get on with the pillows as they were beautifully made and I received excellent customer service.

Excellent after sales service

Still waiting on delivery but was given a date when ordered, thats not a problem. Contacted on 2 occasions with questions, once before ordering and once after, my replies were both very friendly and very helpful responses and my email reply was very prompt in coming.

I sleep happy

I bought two foamo pillows - took about 25% of filling from one of them. perfect pillow now and easy to remove filling and not messy. One gives me the support I need to read in bed and the other is perfect for sleeping. Since then I've ordered a duvet set - soft, silky, comfortable. So good I've just ordered another set. Everything is beautifully made and finished. I see some people suffered from delivery delays, happily this didn't happen with my orders. I was kept informed and the delivery was smooth and efficient.

Fall in love with sleep once more

As seems to be a recurring theme, delivery was prolonged from order but we had other pillows so no great hardship.
We slept on the pillows for the first time last night, speaking for myself, I got the best night's sleep I've had in many months, to the point where I didn't wake up before my alarm, and cursed it when it did go off.
I'm a sceptic when it comes to reviews, thinking people could be paid to write glowing reviews, but I assure you, no incentives were offered. I am not easily sold to and I tend to not believe hype, so dont take my word for it, purchase your own, wait for however long for delivery (its worth the wait), and try for yourself. Sleep tight...I Do!

Amazing Pillows 🤩

I ordered my pillow and I was extremely pleased with it.
The outer cover is so soft yet cool on the skin and it has great support for your head and neck. I was suffering badly with neck and shoulder pain for months, hence the purchase of this wonderful pillow. It has cured my aches, and I can genuinely say I have been sleeping better. I’ve bought other pillows a lot cheaper but they did not work. This pillow stays plump but moulds to your head and neck and it honestly feels incredible laying your head on. I’ve never experienced a pillow like it. Yes it may seem pricey but it’s definitely worth the money and it’s unique. Plus the outer cover comes off to wash easily. The cover is sumptuous and washes great. Fits straight back on like new.
I did have to wait a short time on delivery, but I was kept in the loop about this and I can honestly say the pillows are that good, that no wonder stock sells out quickly. Customer service are amazing. They are straight back to you and no fuss. They are honestly amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They are 5 ⭐️ If all shopping experiences were like this we would all be stress free in the shopping online front! I will 100% recommend the pillows. Thanks Aeyla 🙏

I purchased a pillow following great…

I purchased a pillow following great reviews, it arrived well packaged and was good quality. However, due to my long standing health issues, it did not improve my comfort or sleep.
I requested a refund as offered in the advertisement.
This was honoured, with excellent customer service and support.
The pillow will be recycled and not sent to landfill.

Excellent Quality Pillow

Super responsive when I needed to…

Super responsive when I needed to return a couple of pillows after placing an order. My mistake - I kept adding to my basket?! The pillows are super comfy and soft. My refund for the others were handled efficiently and friendly. Will buy from again.

I ordered and paid for x2 pillows - costing £101.99 at the end of January.

I have not received them and have had no contact from this company.

I would avoid doing any business with them like the plague. A disgusting company.

Aghhh!!!!!!

Aghhh! I have just sent an email, the latest in a very long thread, asking WHY my pillow, ordered 12 January, has STILL not been delivered! There were delays at their end so I arranged with them in the end to hold my delivery till 16 February as I was going to be away for one week. In response to my 16 February email confirming my return, they said they would action despatch straight away and delivery approximately 2-3 days. It is now 6 days on - no despatch confirmation received - no pillow. Customer services have been communicative and helpful (only via email) but this is USELESS if the company doesn’t deliver! Aeyla’s advertising is all over social media! But they are not following through! Infuriating!!!!

I found the pillow to be of excellent…

I found the pillow to be of excellent quality but due to my particular health problems it didn’t help me. I requested a return and refund which was very promptly dealt with and the pillow will be given to a charity rather than go to landfill.
A very speedy and helpful response which is rare in this day and age.

The pillows were delivered a month…

The pillows were delivered a month after the order was placed .
The 30 day trial is very misleading. I wanted to return one pillow after a week and because it was no longer in its original packaging, I was offered 35% refund and told to keep the pillow. Who sleeps on a pillow in it’s wrapping?.
Refund was quick but I really wish I had read the reviews before I bought them !

I received my pillow.

I had ordered the pillow,but unfortunately it got misplaced with the courier. I sent an E- Mail to Aeyla who investigated the issue and put me in touch with the courier by sending a link. Aeyla have been so helpful and professional in dealing with the problem and would thoroughly recommend them for future purchases.
