10 days delivery took 3 months. Manager Sushant doesnt pick up calls.
After delivery goods received in damaged condition, and no reply or revert from AFDAY to fix the problems. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Poor quality service. Work is incomplete and they need lot of follow ups. They do not follow any commitments.

Please do not buy anything from them.

Fraudulent company.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with Afday's product quality and even worse customer service. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, your team has failed at every step.

On June 9th, I purchased an Urban Hemp 3-seater sofa (Order No. AF1055). Within days of receiving the product, it began to creak every time someone sat on it, raising serious concerns about its durability and safety. Multiple promises were made by your team to address this issue, yet no resolution has been provided. I have been met with unhelpful responses, continuous delays, and outright neglect from your customer service, as you can see from the attached screenshots.

This email serves as the final notice. I will not be accepting any further delays, repairs, or replacements. You are welcome to arrange the pickup of this faulty product from my residence and immediately process a full refund on site. If Afday is incapable of providing a product as advertised, it is only fair that I am refunded in full without further inconvenience.

Failure to comply will leave me no choice but to escalate this matter legally and ensure that your substandard practices are publicly exposed to prevent other customers from falling into the same trap.

I expect an immediate response to this email with a confirmed pickup date and refund processing details. If the refund is not processed during or before the pickup I will not be entertaining any request from your team.

If my parents residing at the delivery address face even a minor inconvenience, any safety issues or are troubled even a little bit during the pick up I WILL NOT HESITATE TO INVOLVE OUR LOCAL POLICE.

Read this mail properly to understand what I am communicating. I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY PRODUCT AT MY PREMISES. I WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING A REFUND.

I will also ensure my building security is priorly informed before letting your delivery personnel in my premises.

It is a liability to work with a brand such as yours.

The best furniture one can buy for household. Cheap and reliable with very customer friendly. Recommended to one and all. 👍

I liked the cushion and seating positions on these Normandy lounge chairs, which provide proper thigh support.
The one thing I don't like about the two chairs delivered is that the cushion on one is bigger than the other. It feels like one is perfect for sitting, while the other is its fat brother, making its seating position a little uncomfortable. Also, the colors shown on the website of both cushion and wood are different from what was delivered.

Pathetic quality…More than 3 months since I ordered and they are not able to close delivery…Customer service stops responding…Packaging is so poor that products come damaged 100%

The customer service was terrible. After the purchase online there was no communication from the team. No intimation about when the furniture would reach us. Only response happened when I wrote to them. Even then I had to follow up each time till the furniture arrived. Again there was no information regarding how to put the furniture together and parts (nuts and bolts) were missing. Although I was assured that these would be shipped to me and a carpenter would come to put everything together - it never happened. So I had to buy the missing pieces myself and put the furniture together. Terrible customer experience. Never buying from them again.

I got a lounge sofa custom made from Afday. The design was exactly the same. Although, you need to be more specific and detailed when you tell your requirements as I think it could have been better in-terms of polishing. It’s been a year I am using the sofa and the quality has been great. Would recommend if you want custom made at affordable prices.

I bought two items from Afday. A chair and a bench. Both items are made of 100% teak wood and extremely comfortable to use. They look stunning in our house and after using it we’ve noticed significant reduction in back pain and body pain. My partner uses this chair everyday for eight hours. They had a few issues at the start in the delivery time but the customer care jumped on it and gave speedy replies and resolution. They are also open to hearing about design improvements so they get a 5/5 from me.

I try to support D2C startups and when i came across afday's website, i ordered 2 wicker chairs without a lot of deliberation. The last month of following up with a non-responsive customer service( which keeps cutting ones calls no less) has made me regret the decision. I finally got both the chairs i ordered today but it has been an ordeal. I hope they improve their processes and manage to win back trust.
