Afea support workers are kind, friendly and well trained.

Afea the best, they help with all my needs they've never let me down.

Afea staff are very professional and polite, they respond to requests and enquiries in a timely manner. They listen and respond.
I would recommend Afea to anyone looking for NDIS management.

Most of the girls are excellent all are helpful and caring.

We are so happy with wonderful attitude and love shown by the AFEA carer, who has been visiting my wife twice a week for the past five years. She has a heart of gold and truly fulfils her role – above and beyond.
Plus the professional communication from AFEA’s administration staff, who constantly inform me of any changes to schedules, as well as inviting regular updates as to the services provided. Great work!

It’s just plain old good service. nothing else

We have been with Afea for over a year. It is a very professional organisation, providing us with kind, friendly, reliable, genuinely caring in-home 1:1 support. They come from wide range of diverse backgrounds, which gives my adult son a chance to hear some amazingly interesting stories about different cultures, music and food - he loves it and looks forward to hearing more.

More importantly they are all well trained, helpful and will ask questions if unsure what to do. They are very happy to be part of the team when it comes to allied health therapy continuity.

The Office staff are excellent at communicating, they always return your calls.

I have been with AFEA for a while now. My support person is really very understanding and caring. It is also very easy to get it touch with the Client coordinator who is always ready to help. Overall very happy with their service :)
