I have been using AFERIY battery units for few years. I bought 4 units in total. They are used in our 3D printing farm as a backup power if there is a power outage. Very good experience so far. Highly recommended.

I had a minor issue with the nano turning itself on randomly and slowly draining the battery. The after sales team were quick, friendly and helpful. They replaced the unit. Overall it's a good unit and particularly easy to charge from a solar panel.

I purchased a Nano 100 its great The customer service staff provided quick assistance and friendly, patient service.

My P310 had an issue with the charging input from the solar panels. It wouldnt receibe a charge anymore. Aferiy paid for postage to return it and sent me a new P310. Now my system is back up and running fine again. Thx Aferiy!

Ordered an Aferiy P210 2400w power station, very quick delivery, excellent customer service and communication. I had a few questions regarding this power station before I decided to purchase, the response was quick and my questions were answered.
I received the power station yesterday, I’m extremely impressed, this will be a “game changer “ for providing electric power to my camper van.
I did a lot of research before deciding which power station to buy, this unit will be perfect !
The price was very competitive, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a Nano100 which turned out to be defective. Sometimes products are defective, how a company handles the situation says a lot about them. A good company will handle the situation with professionalism and quickly resolve the issue.

Aferiy's customer service team was easy to work with and quickly sent me a replacement unit, which works great. I appreciate their responsiveness and the ease at which it was to get the unit replaced.

After having a bad day at work I couldn’t find out how to work part of my power station and emailed them. Quick friendly responses sorted out my issues which was my fault not theirs so I’m really happy with both the P210 and customer services

Ordered a unit but it was too big. Tried to return but was quoted ,£106 plus they are wanting to charge me original postage which was free and a 3.6% handling charge. Under distance selling regulations all i should be paying for is return postage. I organised this myself for £57 full insured. This company are trying to make it too expensive for me to return the unit. Beware of this if you need to return anything

We never got to use the product so we cant tell you anthing about it. But the costumer service absolutely ruined it for us, we never ever experienced this with any company, anything that could go wrong, went wrong.

It is quitte an investment, this company only respons correctly when you tell them they are legally wrong. In short; no communication about the package, We ordered a 800w, we recieved a 400w and they told us we could get a 20 pound discount, like what?! And after this, one big shitshow of bad communication. Like real bad. We did get the money back, but it just was really a negative experience.

Please save yourself stress, don’t buy directly from this company.

I bought the AFERIY 2400W with the solar panels I can hoover whilst it's charging I can brew up whilst it's charging I can do anything once it fully charged it lasts upto 28 hours watching TV and the fire stick and charge my E-Cigs phone for free absolutely brilliant and the customer service I received is second to none regards John.

I can say I wasn't familiar with the brand, but after purchasing the Nano 100 battery, I was impressed by the quality of the workmanship as well as the potential it offers in such a small size. It's perfect for carrying in my backpack on my mountain getaways. You can recharge it with a solar panel; I use a foldable one and it's fully charged in no time. Don't hesitate any longer and buy their products.

Small in size but packs some power!

Ive had the Aferiy P100 Nano for two weeks now and have used it extensively. I haven’t been able to charge directly via solar as I don’t have the appropriate cable yet but I will get one in due course. I also have an Aferiy P210 which has pass through charging so I have connected that to the panel and charged it that way when its needed a recharge. In effect all the charging of my devices, Iphone, iPad, small portable fan, torch etc has been via the Nano and therefore ‘free’ (apart from the initial purchase prices). Its quick to charge and certainly provides a decent charge. Ive seen 28w on my iPhone 14 pro max when it has been low. Ive photographed the box in which it arrived as that’s quite helpful with all the various parameters. The retractable USBC cable is a nice touch enabling both input and output. Bought it off Amazon when it was first on sale and it has since gone down in price plus has a voucher at the moment.. All in all I’m very happy with it.

The after sales was pathetic. They asked for photos and a video of it not working. I then sent a copy of the invoice. I sent the serial number and other info. They were running me ragged and offered zero assistance. I asked for a refund then they ceased all communications. I the wanted to get a printed copy of the huge number of emails back and forth. I then discovered that they were using SELF DELETING EMAILS. I only had copies of my sent emails
I contacted Amazon. They said it was NON RETURNABLE ITEM AND MY REDUND WAS REFUSED. Amazon told me that Aferiy told Amazon that I had not been cooperative. It took hours of phone calls and sending them copies of my sent emails. I told Amazon thet I could not produce emails from the vendor as they were deleting them from their side. I didn't even know this was possible but it is possible. Anyway, I threatened Amazon with court action. After a while they agreed that Aferiy was acting like a rogue company. I'm told by Amazon that I should get a refund within 7 days. I'm waiting for that refund. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Poor you if you paid for a fake extended warranty.

i have purchased one of these power station only problem i found so far is if you leave it on solar charge as soon as the sun light goes it shuts down fine but when the sun light returns it will not start back up it just clicks with no display you have to manually restart the station which is pointless i have spoke to Aferiy and there response is to disconnect it from Solar every night not good
