Our after-sales customer service provided timely assistance with my registration and extended warranty request. The battery has been working nicely as a UPS for my home office. I like that I can see the charge status and power draw with a quick glance as well as with the app on my phone. Looking forward to the next power outage now. Good value for the price.

Very please with the Power Bank. I returned the solar panel purchased at tge same time as I wanted a panel that can be permanetly fitted to my man cave. Aferiy aftersales have pointed me in the right direction and I will be ordering the correct panel soon. Returning the solar panel to Aferiy was no problem with a prompt good communications from the company and a very speedy refund. I was particularly impressed after my courier initally failed to collect the parcel to return tobAferiy. Aferiy aftersales then contacted me to ask when it would be returned! Thats service above and beyond and a service many firms could learn from!

The short version of events for me was as follows:
- Sent a faulty device that intermittently cut out

- Was told I had to pay 6GBP to return device or provide 'video proof' of the device failing

- After a month of arguing and pointing out this is illegal under UK law they agreed and sent a return shipping label

- After 15 days (of course 1 day past the 14 day legal requirement) I received a refund minus 11.50 GBP for shipping

The company's products are a scam and I can attest from the product I received; it was opened and returned previously.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING RELATED TO AFERIY

Excellent after sales service. I reported my p210 power pack went down keep displaying low temperature symbol. And AFERIY sent a replacement pack within 2 weeks. Great service

Had a problem with the power pack. Sent email to support. They sent me a box to return the unit. They arranged collection. Gave me reference numbers for tracking and let me know when the unit would arrive back with me. Unit back working with me from start to finish in less than two weeks.

I’m giving a 3 rating because of a Quality Control issue with AFERIY. The item I received was not what I ordered. I ordered the P-310 Power Station and the Expansion Battery but instead received the P-210 Power Station only. After multiple emails to customer support in China and having to provide proof of the mistake made by AFERIY the return/exchange process was initiated.

I then discovered that the item I had mistakenly received had TWO labels on the box. One was a product label and one a shipping label. The product label showed a P-210 Power Station (which is what I received) while the shipping label showed a P-310 Power Station!

Again, I emailed customer support to make them aware of this. Eventually (2+weeks) I received the correct items and I’m happy with the products but it was very disappointing process overall.

Prompt delivery, does what it says on the tin.
The P310 is easy to operate, holds plenty of power, especially with the 2 expansion batteries.
The app allows for easy control and precise charging settings and timed charging planning, both via Bluetooth and WiFi.
Although it doesn't explicitly state in the manual that the maximum solar charging is limited to 20A, the 160V allows for a decent range of panels to charge the system.
All in all a cost effective and solid investment.

After hundreds of reviews on different power stations for the price and functions this is the best, my friend recommended the p210 which I purchased for our caravan as he has many customers who own one and can't praise it enough.
Service and delivery was trouble free and fast ,about 2 days from order. Can't wait to try it out but it's a nice looking unit and feels solid and really well made. It will allow us so much more freedom when no electric hook up is available also will help me at work to use and charge my tools when customers are not around to get access for power.

After a few months the power station developed a fault. They arranged for it to be picked up and repaired. On return it developed issues when used. They patiently talked me through reset procedures.
Which proved successful. A good after sales service all round and a happy customer.
