I'm new to Aferiy so I can not comment on my new p310 combo kit. We will however be posting a detail review on our youtube channel (Adventures with Cole) in the coming months on the P310 combo. This will be done at our remote cabin. It will be an excellent test run to see how it performs and hold up.
Shipping was slow on the unit but customer service has been good so far with little delay, normally the next day. I love the 7 yr warranty.

I bought a 310 power station and one extra expansion battery and I bought two solar panels. This thing is amazing so far and customer service is five stars as well.

Customer support is hard to reach. Email only. They ignore 2/3 of every email. The product is defective and they wont provide a replacement despite 7 year warranty. Been wrangling with them for months theyre now replying only in ten day increments and demanding that I make it back first before I can get a replacement

The Aferiy P310 power bank has exceeded my expectations in every way. The build quality feels solid, the charging speed is impressive, and the battery capacity is more than enough to put 10 miles charge into my jaguar ipace

The power station works great.As a person dependent on an oxegen concentrator to breath,I also have to have backup power that I can depend on in a power outage.This system is just what I need. It gives support for my portable oxygen concentrator, celll phone and even a light for hours.

I purchased a P210 last year for my off-grid garage. I was a bit hesitant as they are not the most well-known company. Got it for a great price and arrived promptly. Very impressed with the performance. It managed to run all my power tools, lighting, cameras and wifi no issues. Charges quickly from my solar panels. I had asked lots of questions to their support team and they always responded quickly. I did run into an issue that the power level did not display correctly. (I may have been using it in a way that was not intended. I left it plugged into the solar panels 24/7.) anyway, I sent a picture of the issue to support and they booked a pickup from my house. No questions. No fuss. Repaired and returned rapidly! Really impressed with the support provided by Afeiy!
