Aferiy have been a brilliant company. Our order was lost in limbo with Royal Mail, but they expedited a replacement which arrived very quickly. Their team were very polite and helpful.

Support reacted very quick and with all necessary information to my request for extended warrenty.

Unfortunately Aferiy have not thoroughly tested the new PS 240 grid connected (Balcony system), looks as though customers are having to field test the units shipped out (confirm today via email).
I have already had to send 1 unit back because of numerous issues Dead on arrival. Aferiy will not refund until faulty units are shipped back, offered small discount + a cable I had to chase, this was to purchase one of their more established battery stations in compensation. These units are very heavy to handle.
Having purchased 2 off PS240, one working reasonably well, except for grid disconnect problems that can happen any time of the day or night. The unit then just does nothing (DUMB) example no charge or discharge until it's reset.
I spoke to C/S who initially said not our fault, but unfortunately the grid voltage in the UK is very unreliable in some areas.EV charging/ solar inverters cutting out are common problems.
I told Aferiy, but at no time in the communication did they ask how have I partly have overcome this by purchasing other equipment. I asked Aferiy for compensation many times, no they said ship it back for a refund, not interested in feedback or solution.
This as been ongoing for a month now.

I have a 15 year old German solar inverter, any grid voltage fultuations low or high it resets itself and carries on working.

My original order didn’t arrive and Aferiy, after rightly following up with the carrier, sent me a replacement. I am really pleased with this little box. It is compact and charges well with the solar panel I bought as well. I love it.

I needed to communicate with the company after a shipping error, and found them very helpful, responsive and patient. All now sorted, and the purchased power station is a great piece of kit, excellent value for money.

I bought a great a little power station, the Nano100, from this company. Although I got a bit concerned when I didn't receive a timely reply from their customer service after placing my order, I eventually got a nice reply, and the device was delivered on time to Sweden (6 days after placing the order). The station itself is probably the largest allowed to bring on a plane and despite its small size still capable of powering a 16" laptop. It's been working very well so far.

I have had a great response from customer services assisting with issues with the order. I will write a full review of the company when my 280 arrives. It’s a shame that it will not be here until the end of May.

Brilliant service as part of my order went missing owing to courier service error and Aferiy stepped in and resolved it. Really pleased with support and also extended warranty for no extra cost too.

400 watt solar panels are crap. Lasted 3 months.. Do yourself a favor and do not buy the solar panels from these thieves. These people have no scruples, morals, or ethics whatsoever. They all need to be in prison.
