Nothing like what I ordered....big scam people. Probably can't even give them away or send them to goodwill. 79.00 down the drain. I will warn people every time I see their add.

This company is scam. I spent £75 on two cardigans from them.

On their website it didn't confirm the material, but from the images it was clearly high quality wool / cashmere, and the price seemed representative of that. Additionally they mentioned "free shipping in the UK" which implies they are also in the UK, on their returns section it does not mention returning to China....

Weeks later I received poorly made replicas of the cardigans seen online, in horrendous acrylic / polyester material, lacking the shape / form / buttons of the cardigans in the image - no doubt that these images were stolen from an expensive company, and cheaply reproduced by "Affetto". I emailed the customer service who tried to make me accept a partial refund as the costs and process to return would be high and complicated. As these cheap plastic clothes have no use to me, I still returned them, spending £28 on the shipping. I have regularly asked the vendor for an update, as well as seeing the package has been with Chinese Customs for months... Finally today, 4 months later, the package has arrived back with me since it was "unclaimed".

Do not buy from this company or similar affiliates. They have multiple names, often misleading with "London" in the brand name lulling you into believing this is a UK entity, and target you on Instagram for quick purchases.

I will never make this mistake again, and hope to help at least one person avoid this terrible scam.

I believe Affetto clothing is a scam company. The sweater that is advertised on their website is completely different than the one I received. It was of very poor quality and defective. This is a bait and switch. Also the sweater did not have any labels. This is likely done on purpose so that they can deny you a refund per their return policy. Stay away from Affetto clothing.

Dreadful quality clothes received with holes cut in the knitting for button holes!! - emailed the returns address - Initially offered 30% refund as cardigans received are unwearable and not fit for purpose. When I refused this I was required to return to china at my own cost - finally contacted my credit card company who have refunded my money to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY _ THE QUALITY IS DREADFUL. Wish I'd read the trust pilot reviews before I spent my money

Do not buy from this company . Got 2 of the ugliest sweaters terrible quality . Emailed them to get refund they said I had to send back to china when the company is from Doral Florida . They do not refund at all and they are a scam switching the product they advertise for garbage . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I would give NO X if I could!!! Sent the ugliest sweater EVER!!! Looked nothing like the picture and my grandmother wouldn’t even where it!!!!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 sweaters that arrived after a few weeks. When I got them they were cheaply made and poor quality. I requested a return and was offered a 30% refund and told I’d have to return the product to China within 5 days. This is fraudulent and no one should purchase from them. This is also false advertising, they say they have a 30 day return policy that the just don’t honor or stand by.

I ordered two sweaters. Two DIFFERENT sweaters arrived. I complained and was offered a 30% refund when THEY sent wrong sweaters. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This was “bait and switch” w no recourse pure and simple.

Affettoclothing.com is a scam website. You will NOT receive the items in the picture. They are trash! Also returns are to China and are not practical. I am just out of luck!

Really like my jacket. Need to place a return for a top wasnt the easiest but other than that was very good. Thank you

I would recommend not dealing with this company.

I ordered two sweaters, and they arrived from California.
They look nothing like the picture. I wanted to return the sweaters. But you need to ship them back to China.

And now after three months of trying to get a refund, I realize that it’s impossible and I’m Out the money that I paid for the sweaters And the postage.
You need to return them to China. It cost me almost $50 to mail the two sweaters back and the package is somehow lost

Do not order from this company unless you are convinced you will like the product.
There are no returns or refunds

Always getting compliments for my cardiagn and am having to send them the link! So comfortable and warm.

A little bit high prices but I love their clothing so cant complain. Will order again before Christmas xx

My order was lost but they sent out a replacement straight away so thank you. It arrived quickly so am not sure what happened to the first order. I love the dress I received so will be ordering one of their famous Bella cardigans next! x

Poor quality and returns are costly
Ordered a sweater- button holes are holes punched in material which is cheap synthetic fabric. Company says returns are “easy “ but returns must be sent to location in China which cost $30 wouldn’t buy anything from this company again

I did receive the sweaters but they are cheaply made. I emailed to refund and they said they’d give me 30% back from my payment instead of me returning product. There are no free refunds and you have to send it back to China! Don’t do it. Total rip off.
