Ordered 2 pieces of cardigan in 2 colours black and off white,very poor quality,horrible sawing work and tried to create a return by sending an email as the instructions are mentioned on their website,I included in the email order details and described the issue with my return. After a couple of hours I checked it shows that the email could not be delivered as such email address doesn’t exist. For sure the store is a scam ! :(( if anyone knows how to return their pierces. I still have about 7 days left .

Complete scam out of China. Ordered the Bella cardigan. What arrived was some boxy plastic fabric thing (I cannot even call it a garment) with the button holes cut directly into the fabric. The photos they use are clearly stolen from the original brand. Stay away and try to find the original brand. It’s a tell tale sign that they don’t ever list what the material is… but I ignored the warning and ended up spending money on something that must cost no more than a dollar to make.

It's a scam! they steal photos and reviews of products. I ordered the Bella Cardigan and received 2 plastic-y products that have nothing to do with the pictures and now going through the painful return process and I have to pay for the shipping back. They even stole the ads from the original company that makes that cardigan.

Please do not order from affetto clothing!! It is absolutely a scam. The quality was horrible- the “suade” jacket I ordered for $135 AUD was 100% polyester, no labels and looked like it came from a Halloween store!!! When I emailed them to request a return they told me they would refund 30%. I had to argue for a full refund and pay $38 for return shipping. I am very nervous this is not the end and they will find a way to not pay my refund.

I reported this dropshipping scammer to the Federal Trade Commission.
Do not trust the pretty pictures on their website or the fake reviews on here. I ordered two cardigans and received pure mushy garbage coming apart at the seams, wrapped in a plastic bag coming straight from China with no mention of the brand on it. I don’t even know how they found a material that cheap it’s like a sponge you use to scrub toilets.

Loved the cardigans, but I ordered in the wrong size. They were so gracious to replace them for me. I am so appreciative. Thank you again.

Button holes unfinished, sleeves tighter than the picture, fabric different, fit completely different.

I purchased two sweaters/cardigans. They look nothing like the photo and the quality of the knitting and bottoms are horrible!
The return policy sucks also.
Definitely do not purchase from this webpage. It is going straight to the good will pile. Lesson learned 🤨😡🤬

Terrible experience - do not buy

The Bella jumpers took weeks to arrive. When they arrived they are terrible quality, already have bits falling off and i haven't even worn them. Cheap quality and completely different shape to the website. No labels in the clothes either - definitely the cheapest jumpers they could find from China. Fooled by the 5* reviews all over their website from hundreds of people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The refund policy is awful too - you have to pay 15$ flat fee for just sending them back PLUS shipping back to wherever they came through, meaning half of the cost is taken just to return. RIP OFF

I received defective items and emailed immediately with photos. After a few back and forths, Mary from Affetto refunded my full order amount back to me. I was dissappointed that the items were defective but SUPER impressed by Affetto's doing the right thing and refunding. Thanks Mary for wonderful customer service

Was a bit worried but then realised the other reviews were all left on the same day from fake accounts so ordered anyways.The cardigan was slightly too big but overall I am pleasantly surprised.

I wish I read the reviews before I bought from them. I was fooled by the pretty website but now I have two cardigans in poor condition that I cannot refund
because of the return fees 🥲

I ordered something and what I received did not match the picture on the website! Was unfortunately unable to return it because the shipping cost fell on me which was over 50 euros. This is clearly a dropshipp account not to be trusted.

SCAM!!! This is a dropship website, she buys the clothes on ALIBABA for 2 euro and resells it for 80 euro!!!
I’d you want to get scammed with cheap Chinese clothes for 30x the price, then buy here for sure.

This website is DROPSHIPPING its not real business.
The clothes is for Alibaba. And i dont get my money back.

I ordered 2 Bella cardigans around the website. I paid 75 euros for these. After waiting 10 days for my delivery, the sweaters were not at all what I had ordered. I ordered size XS which were way too big. The quality of the fabric was very cheap and already frayed a bit. The cardigan was also not my waist narrower as in the picture but ran gwn straight down. After I contacted them they told me I had to send this myself and make up my own shipping ticket. This was going to cost me 98 euros! Beware this is a dropshipp website don't trust this !
