DON”T DO IT!! I was stupid to fall for the dirt patch advert. THEY DON’T WORK!! I have been left with terrible burn marks on my stomach from these patches… oh and not lost a pound!! (Apart from in money!! 🤬).. I’ve emailed but shock horror, I’ve been ignored! Save your money and save the very uncomfortable burns on your stomach!! Terrible company!

If this company are still trading, save your hard earned money and don't bother. Scam trader with dog shart quality products and abysmal nay, non-existent customer service, unless you define customer service as some illiterate tw*t mugging you off indefinitely by email. I lost the will pursuing this, as no doubt many others have. Having found another drafted email to Affinity I simply couldn't see the point in finishing, I urge you, don't do it.

Don't waste your money on this company. Why they are allowed to be in business is beyond me.
Took forever to get the what I order then wasn't nothing like they said.

Avoid at all costs. Bought a jacket from them in plenty of time for delivery as a Christmas present, thought I was buying from a US company but delivery came via China Post. Arrived too late for Christmas and was of such poor quality that I immediately requested to return the goods in exchange for a refund. Customer services was absolutely abysmal, contacted them over and over again with little or no response, took months to reach a most unsatisfactory conclusion that involved returning the jacket to an address in USA at a cost of £17.50,which they did not refund.They also deducted a further 20% of the jackets original value as a "restocking charge" and made an absolute minimal refund that left me considerably out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I tried invoking Paypal's appeals procedure but that also proved to be a complete waste of time, neither the seller or Paypal could give a damn. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

my wife bought two pair of affinity scrubs. she was very excited. first , they were too small. ok, you have to try them on. so she corrected that. She sent them back. Had to chase a response for some time and the shipment came very late. for some one that lives in scrubs this is not acceptable. two sets the same size but didn't fit the same. after one wash they really don't fit the same . for $50 a set you should expect your clothing to fit the same especially since they are the same size scrubs. looking for scrubs that are like these but not from this company . no thanks affinity.

I placed an order in February 2018 for the Dogfight Pilot Jacket. I received it 2 weeks later, and it was too small. I emailed the company and followed their directions for returns. I sent the too-small jacket back on March 9, 2018. Waited and waited and waited. I sent email after email after email. I kept getting the same responses, from "your order has been sent to our immediate response team and it will be processed in a timely manner" to the directions for sending a return AGAIN. Calling their toll-free number is worthless...no one is manning the phones, and you can't leave a message. It's now June 2019...a year-and-a-half later...NO product and NO refund. Goodbye to my $85 dollars. I've reported them to the BBB, but no response. I'll NEVER order from this company again!!!

Total scam. Front page of website looks good, but check in shipping page and see the English! Ordered Russel & Bromley boots...eventually got a pair of boots - absolutely crap. Not even close to the look of the picture. Cheap, plastic, wrong size. Disgusting.

Do NOT order from here. They are a scam. You will get the wrong product/size, no help and certainly no refund. You will only loose your money if you order from them.

1 star is too much, if I could give it 0 I would. This company is a scam. If there was some way to sue them I would. Ordered shoes that never arrived. Six months later I was emailing them every day. Sent over 25 emails telling them to give me my money back. They kept responding with, “your case has been escalated to the immediate response team,” or something like that, but never received any feedback from anyone, much less a refund of my $50.

Again, this company is a scam, they will literally steal your money and give you nothing. Don’t buy anything from them, don’t contact them, don’t look at their website, run. It is a scam scam scam.

This company is the absolute worst! I ordered a pair of boots over a year ago today I still have not received them or a refund of my money. This is the biggest scam ever and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I am not sure if that will help me out or not but I wish I had read all the reviews on this place before I placed my order and dealt with the aggravation for the last year !!!! Complete rip off !!!!

I ordered a jacket from this company in July of 2018 and to date I have not received the jacket. I am disgusted and disappointed that I have not been given a refund after five attempts to contact this company. They didn’t have the decently to even respond.

Purchased a set of black onyx cutlery from Affinty Find back in May 2018, paid for the product in full and still to this day, almost 1 full year later, have not received the item. We exchanged emails for quite a while, they always said the item was in the way. Approximately 4 months ago, I finally received an email with a tracking number. The item came from China and actually made it to Canada, I couldn't believe it. Turns out the item was delivered somewhere random in Ontario, while I live in Calgary Alberta. Feel completely duped by this company and want a resolution to this matter on their behalf.

Τhey sent me rong number and they never return my trousers after i send it back to change .

I purchased a pair of trousers from them...paid April 2018 delivered wrong colour July...exchanged e mails with them and agreed to return them to be replaced by the correct colour...one or two further exchanges...nothing but out of pocket.

Do not buy from them...ever. They took my money and not only didn't deliver the shoes, they failed to respond to my inquiries.

F**ktards as someone else put it...which is exactly what they are! I have been emailing them every day since the summer, when they acknowledged they had received my return and would be processing my refund and am yet to receive a refund...

I have had 1-2 days, 3-4 weeks etc etc etc, from Billy, Ryan, Erica, Daniel, you name it....f**ktards and do not deal with these people, otherwise you may just as well transfer money into their account for no reason.

To escape urgently! I ordered 7 articles last August for a total of 240 euros. only received 2 items of very poor quality. I contacted customer service who promised to refund the missing items in October. Since nothing. So I opened a claim with Paypal and filed a complaint to the gendarmerie. But I still have to fight to win! It's a shame
