I order a jacket. Such bad quality that i wanted a refund, send back the product...but i never ever heard from them.

made two orders with this company. Some of the items arrived and were as expected others did not or were the wrong color. Helpdesk is not answering. And Paypall claims seller has proof of delivery.

Don't waiste your money on these people

Bought some shoes back in may they took about 8 weeks to arrive they looked nothing like the pictures sent them back that took another 6 weeks they replayed at first saying they would give me back my money within 48/72 hours that was on the 28th September still waiting on my refund now they dont even answer email dont buy from this company there services are so bad and as far as I can see they just rob people's money

Wow! Wish i read these comments before attempting to buy something from this company. Looks like i've been a sucker as well and had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered some pants almost 4 months ago and nothing has shown up. Started emailing them about 3 months ago and get the same standard response each time that they are investigating with the relevant department. Now they don't respond any more. Lesson learned the hard way.

The worst service yet. I made an order in March 2018 and still have not received half of my order. When I email their customer service, they inform me they will contact their fulfillment team and get back to me. Not once have they 'followed up' or 'gotten back to me'. Since then I have repeatedly followed up, asking for a refund, expressing that I no longer wish to receive the missing items and they are no longer responding to my emails.

I ordered cutlery in May 2018 and still have yet to receive it or a refund. They've stopped replying to my emails. Don't order from them. Too much hassle.

Bad company to deal with. I ordered three items and only received one item. Waiting and lots of send emails with were working on it. They need to be shut down and arrested for fraud!!!

i ordered three items in April 2018. Two items showed up and one (expensive) backpack did not. I sent numerous emails and at first they said they would either replace or refund my money but they were going to try to track it down. They never did, my guess is they never even sent it. They gave me the run around with emails telling me they put it to their escalation team and after not hearing from them for weeks I sent another email. They have stopped responding to my emails. I continue to send emails with no response it is now mid September 2018 and still have not received my item.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. This is not a reputable company. Find the item you want on another site.

Purchase a item last April-I got it but way too small-sent it back to their address-cost $35-I agree with the template responses-I don’t think I’ll ever see my money-latest correspondence 8/20/18-still nothing-I don’t recommend this business.

I paid for my order at the end of march , till the beginning I saw that its a problem with my order because i Can't track 1 of the items( 3 items includes the order). They said to me that is no problem and i will received for what i paid , true after a wile i received my order of course without the item that i can't track it from the beginning .

After more than 6 months , I'm still waiting for my item and in the past 3 months i try to get in touch with them to Refond my money and keep their product . ONLY TEMPLATES ANSWERS.

So short story : i paid for an order 6 moths ago , they didn't sent it properly , and now they dont Refund back the money .

Useless company. They sent a mouldy jacket and expected me to pay P&P to ship it back which would have cost the same as the jacket.
When I said I wasn't prepared to do that, they ghosted me.

Awful Company

I ordered something from this company and payed using PayPal. After 2 months of not receiving anything and the company not doing anything in response to my emails I escalated the case to PayPal and the item finally shipped under the tracking number that the company had given me 2 months prior.
The item was significantly lower quality than described so I started a refund process with the company directly. It has now been 5 months since the item was returned to the company with delivery confirmation from USPS and I have yet to receive any money back. I have contacted the company directly multiple times each time receiving promises that their returns team was working on it. My opinion of PayPal has also fallen significantly because they do not even have an option on their site allowing me to dispute this purchase based on the above and they immediately deleted my claim when I attempted to bring it to them.

The only thing this company is good at doing so far is giving the run around and taking weeks to reply to an email. I purchased shoes and they were supposedly delivered to the wrong address. Since they know USPS will not let a customer change the address on the item, it has to be sent back to the supplier. That gives them another 3 to 4 weeks pretend to deliver your product. I have emailed several times and talked to someone. All claimed my purchase was coming and since purchasing in Jan i'm still waiting. This is the reason I do not like purchasing online.

Item never delivered.
Support desk replying but actually never solving the delivery issue nor reimbursement request due to failed delivery. Wondering whether the whole company is a scam.

All items of extremely low quality and nothing like in the pictures
Some items never arrived
Return policy extremely restrictive to the point of non existent
Wish I had looked this company up online before spending my time and and money on its products

The worst company on the world!! I ordered 1 pair of shoes, it's been three months and they have not arrived yet. 1 star is too much for them. Advice, do not order anything from this company!

I ordered shoes but i changed my mind and within 12 hours i tried to cancel it. They emailed me that they were going to send the request to another department or something... 2 weeks later (and i had sent 5 emails with the question what could possibly be so hard to cancel an order) they sent the shoes anyway.

Now.. 3 months and 50 e-mails later... still no money back. They constantly ask for more patience.

Today i escalated this with paypal and they want to pay my money back but the shipping costs are for my account!!!

These people.... seriously pissing me off for the last 3 months now.

DON'T EVER SHOP AT AFFINITYFIND!!!!
IT'S THE WORST COMPANY THERE IS

The company Affinity is absolutely disgraceful. I have made two clothing orders. The first order, even though I order XL top, the item was medium and the arm lengths way to short. When I did the maths of paying for postage back to USA from Australia, the item would have cost me more than it was worth for the refund/replacement. So i wore that and ordered tow more items in larger sizes. One turned up and the other didn't. 4 months later and they just keep hand balling it back to me. Disgusting rip off!!!
