If I could give it 0 stars I would. Awful company. Sent wrong size and the quality is appalling. Wanted me to pay to send back when their website says they will replace if I receive wrong item. NEVER order anything from this company-- wish I had checked reviews first. I am hoping Paypal can get my money back.

Poor quality product and poor service, While my order arrived in good time I was very disappointed with the quality of materials used and of the sizing, I ordered 2 x 34 inch waist trouser and received something that was more like 30 inch waist, but this would be hard to confirm as there was no label on the trouser that gave any indication of size, the only label was written in Chinese, the bag that 1 pair of the trousers arrived in had the marking 2 XL on the outside, and was no were close to fitting.

By the look of the Affinity Find website it give the impression that it is some how an American brand and quality, this I find this hard to believe by the quality of product provided and the return service, if you wish to return the order you must pay for this yourself, which I did and cost me £18 to return it to China from the UK, after almost 3 weeks and the parcel being sent recorded delivery and being received at the return address I have still not received a refund. I will never order anything again from this wed-site, you only get what you pay for, if it's cheep it's cheep for a reason.

After opening a complaint with Pay-pal I was offered a 50% refund, not sure why 50% as everything was returned as requested and within the time frame, I refused this offer of 50% as I paid 100% of the price that requested of me.

This company will SCREW you. Claim to be US based but they are clearly international as the sizes are all incorrect. Spent $70 on a jacket, received item and it was about 2 sizes too small. Took almost two months to receive a partial refund for my order. Read their terms and conditions more thoroughly than I did. Paid $20 to ship return item only to receive 20% less than I spent on the original order because they charge a 20% restocking fee as well. Correspondence is wretched as well, it can take days to hear back and I didn't actually have them take any action to receive my 55% refund until I filed with the Better Business Bureau.

Worse company I have ever used. Seems like a scam. Still waiting for my refund, sent my jacket back over a month ago.

Wrong size pants sent. Returned to US as per instructions for replacement correct size - tracked parcel from UK was not cheap.
Whole thing returned unopened as a little Elvis number.
My advice AVOID.

So glad I bought a jacket for the winter of 2018 to get it in time hopefully for the winter of 2019..... 1 month and counting, still waiting...... really wished I read the reviews before buying. Good job Afinity Find, ya got me.

Geez...how long does it take to get a package from WA to NC????
With no tracking number available I am in the dark after 2 weeks, PLUS the company's voicemail mailbox was full, PLUS no response from customer service via email.

Obviously I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
PLUS I have no idea the quality of shoes I ordered, PLUS reading the reviews I fear the worst on quality and possible return issues.
NEVER AGAIN....Affinity, take a page from Amazon.

Should be ZERO star!! The worst ever, nothing but problems from the get go. I ordered the cutest shoes back in Nov. 2017 only to finally recieve them in Jan. 2018. It literally took 11 weeks to get them. Firstly, I thought I was ordering from the US but when I got my package, the shoes actually came from China!!! No box, no tags, no sticker. Wrapped in bubble wrap and stuffed into an envelope. Luckily they were not damaged. However, yes, you guessed it, they were too big! Grrrrrrrrrrr now the return, it cost me 23$ to mail them back to Affinity Find (just across the border!) I filled out the form, took photos, sent them emails, sent the package back in the original package as per their instructions, got a tracking # (was their recommendation - paid extra for it). In fact, I followed their instructions to a "T"! I recieved my package BACK in the mail yesterday, yes Feb 27th!!!! Seriously?!! There is a sticker on it that says "Refused". Thats it?!!! If you email them, you just get an auto response saying someone will respond soon! But they never do! So I've now spent over a $100 and I have no clue how to return them (+ how much will THAT cost? - AGAIN!), where to even try or how to get a refund! Colossal waist of time and money!!

Be forewarned!!! I kid you not, this is a site that shows you all kinds of cute stuff and takes advantage of the consumer! I have blocked their adds on Facebook and I would encourage you to do the same.

delivery took a bit longer, but it is worth it. I am very satisfied. Recommended!

Ordered shoes and in addition to coming without a box, wrapped in thick gray plastic that may have been a garbage bag at one time with nice clothlike liner, the shoes are poor quality and who knows what material they may have been made from. Sizes run small up to 1/2 to full size. I'd pass if I were you... fool me once, shame on you. No foolin me twice. Fast shipping. I'm on my second request for refund. No response to 1st request.

Awful service. Ordered a jacket 4 weeks ago now. I got an email through a couple of days in, saying that it had been dispatched and they sent me a tracking link. Brings me to some dodgey app and of course, my item can't be found. Money gone and have no idea where my package is and if it will actually arrive. Should have read the online reviews before ordering via Facebook. Don't use.

Awful service. Took ages for my order to arrive and then when it did I wish it hadn't. Wrong size, wrong colour and a different design to the pictures in website. Really poor quality product from China and not from the USA.
Now battling to get money back but not hopeful as their customer service is appalling. Wish I'd googled before I ordered. Absolute scam of a company.

Very Happy with the product! Unique design which has our dinner guests asking where we got the Onyxware. Be patient the shipping can take longer than expected but worth the wait.

I ordered in 31.12.2017 some pants and a belt... still not recieved them... today is 23.02.2018. I wander if I ever will :(
Don't buy from this store!

Please everyone - don't buy anything from Affinity. I - like many others made the terrible mistake of not looking this store up beforehand. I ordered an M Size Jacket and received an XL, in addition to that big difference in color (like, day and night). After weeks - I finally received an answer from Affinity -> saying that the Jacket that I received in XL is actually an M in size. Unbelievable! Affinity will make it nearly impossible to get your money back - but paypal can and will help you.
Ps on top that - I just recently saw the Jacket again but in its actual color "dark olive green" being sold by a different seller. Honestly, owners of businesses like this - should be prosecuted!!!

These guys are smart. With Washington State address they trick customers into thinking they are a legit retailer or an Amazon-like company. Products are knock-offs from China that are over-priced (even though their ads make it look like goods are on sale) . I made the mistake of not googling Affinity Find; if I had I would have seen all the reviews. I bought two pair of shoes. Arrived maybe 10-11 days after order confirmation. But terrible chemical small that you get with synthetic leather. Be prepared to load up on vinegar, baking soda, odor eaters, and Fabreze sheets to try to kill the small. Shoes not really built for cold/wet weather either (perforated tops). Very deceiving. I know returning the shoes is likely not worth the hassle, from what I have read in these reviews. My bad.
