Extremely bad customer experience;
Billed for a empty property; they keep saying there is a leak after the meter; can't get off the script;
Despite numerous calls, now they want me to reach out to them after a bad review! Shameful.

Disappointed that being a customer for 30 or 40 years without ever missing a payment , that upon the death of my wife and my subsequent need to move into assisted living and terminating my account - that this company repeatedly hounded me for payment only 7 days after sending me their invoice. Disgusting behaviour.

I was a customer of Affinity Water for almost five years and I was generally happy with the service. The water quality was very good, and I preferred drinking tap water rather than buying bottled water from shops.
I always paid my bills regularly. However, on one occasion when a payment was made late, it was reported as a missed payment. I felt this was unfair considering my long history of on-time payments.
I contacted customer service to explain this, but my concern was not taken seriously and no review or correction was made. This experience was disappointing and has left a negative impression, even after I left the UK. I hope this feedback helps improve how loyal customers are treated in the future.

If I see a leak I will report it, just in case anyone else who has walked passed it has assumed it's been reported.

I had just moved into a property and needed to have my account swapped over, as I’d already given a final reading my account had been closed, the call handler couldn’t have been more helpful! They changed all my details over to the new account. So nice to speak to someone helpful who understands the issue and helps! Quick and easy!
