We built a house … during lockdown … with two kids under three. Trust me, we know our tradespeople. Unfortunately, we’ve had more than our fair share of terrible ones. Despite this, in that distinctly English way, I rarely leave a review whether good or bad. So please believe me when I say that Affix did an absolutely wonderful job.

They explained everything clearly and gave me all my design options, which someone as fussy as me greatly appreciated. They sent clear mock-up designs after every alteration I made (apologies, but they look so good that I’m not that sorry).

On installation day Dan and Tommy arrived exactly when they said they would, were polite, courteous and friendly. Dan is obviously a perfectionist and very knowledgable about his trade, and very kindly answered all of my annoying questions. They did the (very tricky) job of installing glass interior doors over heated floors spectacularly, cleaned up afterwards, and even fixed a small issue that a previous company had failed to fix on another window.

Our new glass doors look sensational, I’m so happy with them. I will use Affix again and I highly recommend their services.

I had all my bedroom and bathroom windows replaced in 2022 by Affix and have just had them back again to replace my front windows downstairs. Affix are a great company to deal with Connor made the whole process from start to finish very easy and smooth, communication is spot on, the fitters Dan and Tommy were very friendly knowledgeable and respectful of my property and tidied up once the job was completed. I would highly recommended them.

We wanted to replace our old bathroom window and Callum Hennesy was very helpful. There was no sales push for us to go with his quote. The service we received from affix windows was excellent. The work was carried efficiently and to our satisfaction. We would use Affix windows again.

We used Affix for several different types of windows and doors, both standard sizes as well as custom fit, on our large house. Callum Hennessy was fabulous at helping us with design ideas for a striking large gable end full window completely customised to fit our house. The installation team were fast and very clean. We had used another firm GHI based in Surrey who were frankly very dissappointing and we asked Affix to take over the project, we are so pleased we did. 3 year later we needed to get window specifications for buidling control and Callum Hennessy and the Affix team went over and above normal service levels to help. It has been so reassuring that after 3 years there are people at Affix who are still providing amazing customer service.

5 stars all round I strongly recommend anyone to use Affix.
