Excellent service from start to finish, Great communication from moment we booked a quote to installation of the fro t door, kept us updated on delivery. Nice to use a local company, quick service, great price and excellent quality. Will definitely be using again and recommending to others.

I recently used Affix to supply and install two windows in my house. From first enquiry to final installation, everything went smoothly and the service I received was friendly and efficient. Everyone at Affix Windows was professional at every step. They effortlessly accommodated our changes and passed on savings to us. Everything was great, from the initial visit for a quote to the final installation. Connor was very patient and helpful throughout and dealt professionally with all of our enquiries. The installation team worked exceptionally hard and did a great job, even though it was the hottest day of the year. Overall, extremely happy with the whole experience with Affix Windows and would happily recommend.

We'd had a new front door supplied and fitted by Affix last year and as we were so happy, both with it and the whole process of selecting, ordering and installation, we decided to get a new back door too.
Once again Affix have been great, from ensuring that the door we wanted was the door we got, to fitting it with minimal disturbance - all in a much quicker time than we were expecting.

I'd had a roof lantern installed and supplied by another company in 2018 which had leaked in multiple places from day 1. The supplier had gone bust and I couldn't found anyone to fix it. But Affix Windows agreed to do it and carried out a full inspection and report. Mark and Macey were so helpful and pleasant to deal with, and Dan and Tommy did an amazing job in stripping it all back and rectifying the problems which were causing the leaks. They even cleaned it for me! It really now looks like a new lantern and I have every faith that the leaks are now a thing of the past. Dan and Tommy were really helpful and such nice guys too. Affix Windows & Doors Ltd replaced all our house windows, and another window and door forming a sliding patio door. They added an electronic cat flap to one of the patio windows and also replaced the windows and door of our porch. The price for the job was reasonable. Affix Windows were patient with us when we were not very quick making up our minds about the plans. Affix Windows are a competent organization and gave us correct and pertinent information when required. All the windows and doors were installed expertly by friendly staff members. The final appearance and quality of the windows and doors exceeded our expectations.

The process of ordering the back door to my property was smooth and quick. The delivery and installation was prompt, all interactions with people involved in the process (from start to finish) were pleasant and professional. I have had a great experience overall. Makes a difference!

Second time I have used Affix and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They fitted folding doors for us this time and their knowledge and expertise in firstly helping us decide on what to do was great. They communicated well, kept us up to date and met their commitments to deliver on the chosen date. Their team were very good during the installation and left the site clean, tidy and well finished. Good communication, the appointments has been kept on time, the door has been fitted satisfactory.

This is a case of good work going wrong. We wanted a new inner front door and replacement to adjoining side window. Both single glazed and leaking heat. We had 4 firms round, two were cheaper and Affix Windows were the most sensible. The small office were pleasant and efficient. The workmen clean working and pleasant. What went wrong?

We had asked for a Flemish glass for the door panel (obscure) and we got clear, a serious mistake. A mistake on our part, as the Quotation Detail said in small print clear. But also on their part too as in emails it was clear we wanted flemish (or minster).

In the end we had to pay for the replacement panel which they fitted at their cost.

The lesson to us? Study the Quotation Detail like holy scripture.
The lesson to them? Do not reply on email to get things right, as a string of emails do not lead to clarity and leave a fitter or surveyor missing important detail.

I had a new window put in by Affix. The sales person who visited and did the survey was very attentive, the fitters were great, tidy and explained everything and made sure I was happy with the installation before leaving. There were follow up calls throughout the process. I would defintely recommend Affix.
