Affix windows replaced my front and back doors. From initial contact to installation the team were fantastic and doors competitively priced. The fitters, Elliot and Tom were brilliant and cleaned up as they went along and were thorough in making sure new doors looked amazing. I will be recommending to friends and family.

I ordered a new door from Affix and I have to say I was very happy with the door and the service provided by the company. I would totally recommend this company.

We have used Affix windows previously to install new windows at the front of our house and had a good experience with them.
We have had a new kitchen/diner extension built this year and we needed bifold doors, gable glass and side windows installed.
Cullum and his team have been great and kept us up to date throughout our order and fitting process.
The fitters were really good guys and did a great job installing everything.
Due to how the built was going, affix had to attend in a few separate visits to carry out there work but it was no hassle for them.
We had a few minor issues with the bifold door not sitting correctly but this was probably due to movement whilst other works was occurring and affix sent a fitter straight over to re-align!
All in all, we have spent a large sum of money using this firm and don't have any regrets.
Would use affix windows again and will be recommending them!

Very happy with my experience with Affix. I had two bay windows and a bedroom window installed by them. The guys who installed the windows were very friendly, tidy and efficient in carrying out the job. I also felt that Affix paid a lot of care to ensuring that I was happy with the installation at the end. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We have used Affix three times: to replace all of our windows; to install a Supalite roof on our conservatory; and most recently to replace our front door. On all three occasions we have been happy customers. Affix is a friendly, professional, family business. The sales team provided all of the information we needed, and at no point were they pushy or trying to upsell. The products are of a high quality and the installation has been top quality.

Affix provided excellent help and advice when choosing the design of the doors. The survey was completed promptly and delivery quicker than expected. The installation teams were very efficient and professional.  A couple of minor fixes were required (nothing serious) which were quickly rectified on a return visit. Overall very satisfied and pleased with the new doors.

Great service, our damaged front door was replaced by Affix and the replacement door was fantastic. The staff were really helpful and easy to contact. Totally satisfied with the NEW instalation.

Having looked at various companies to replace our ageing conservatory roof, we were confused at the array of installers on the market.So being subscribers to Which magazine we searched their recommended companies within our area and found Affix Windows.
Mark arrived and we discussed the alternative replacements.
We opted for a poly-carbonate as this was in our price bracket. The order was placed and progressed well. The only real issue we had was with the surveyor who had to be rescheduled three times, however we were kept up to date by Macey.
The installation date was agreed and the team arrived on time. They were professional throughout and kept us informed on the progress.
A small problem with the guttering was identified, which resulted in a few days delay, awaiting parts. But full credit the the whole team, we were kept informed and the job completed at the rescheduled time. Would definitely recommended.

We are very pleased with the doors we ordered with Affix, and Connor who started the process. The fitting, and price was good. We have had a few things that needed attention after which were rectified.
I would advise checking details with the surveyor, measurements etc. before they start.

Really pleased with my new windows. The best part was that I didn’t get a hard sell. Just advice, the quotes then installation.
The finished windows have like for like replaced our wooden frames and fit in well with the age of the house.

We had our front windows installed by Affix and we were very happy with the whole process. We had a few visits to the shop before we chose the windows and the staff were always happy to help us with our questions. I required new patio doors to be supplied and fitted .The process from beginning to end was trouble free Price was competitive and the quality of the doors are very good , A survey was completed and the fitting was of a high standard.

All staff were fantastic and they've done an excellent job at a very reasonable, couldn't recommend Affix more!

We had had a few quotes from other companies for our windows and doors for our garage/workshop, which we thought were too expensive.
The quote from Affix windows was within our budget. so we chose them.
The window fitters came and put in the windows.cleared up all the mess thoroughly and went. There was something that I wanted changed so a surveyor came and looked at my request, arranged for the window fitters to come back and fix it. they did so and everything was done in a professional clean and friendly manner.
We are very happy with the product.

New kitchen/utility door/windows and sliding doors installed by Affix in August 2023.
The whole experience with Affix was excellent from the initial discussion to the home visit to finalize order (without any 'pressure' from the sales person Connor); surveyor and then installation. The installation was quick and to a high standard and no mess left behind.
