My first contact with Affordable Dumpster was speaking to Desiree. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me about the process which helped tremendously as I did have firm dates to start my project. Her insight helped me set things up with my planning.

Listen if you need to rent a dumpster, they are top tier! Caleb was so helpful and knowledgeable about the sizes and which would work best for me! The service was prompt and pick up was quick! Then I get a phone call about the service and Ms.Melanie was just as Awesome as Caleb! I believe when people give me excellent customer service I must give a shout out and review! Thanks Guys !!!

Do not do business with this company their service is Horrible. They lie and take your money! First off I got the dumpster delivered to find that there was dirt and rocks and grass in the dumpster. I had to call them and then take pictures .I asked for a new dumpster they said no.I called 3 days before my dumpster was supposed to be picked up on Friday so that I would not be charged because they don't pick up on the weekends, they never came .I called them Monday morning and they said someone would pick it up.I asked if I would be charge they said no it takes 1-3 days before they can come and pick it back up. I called the Friday to find out why they still have not picked it up. I was told that they came to pick it up and there were no cars in the yard which was a total LIE!!!! I had to park on the street for 5 day having to carry a baby back and forth across the street. Then he said there are cars on the street so they could not pick it up. I cannot control who parks on the street or where they park.They charged my card for a extra 250 .00 because of there mistake. I will never do business with this company again they are the worst!!!@!@! 313 444-2237

They are the worst company you can deal with they do not follow instructions and they will drop it off at a different location and then make you run after them as they will then charge you again ,
The customer service is the Worst
there driver is even worst than there customer service i would say find a better company as they will RIp you off

My company needed a bunch of items removed, and it was my task to find a quick, fast, and affordable way to do so. I contacted several dumpster rental companies around S. NH and N. MA, and was making incredibly slow process.
Then I came across ADR. These folks were motivated, professional, and communicating with them was the easiest thing I've had to do all year. The folks I spoke and texted with are friendly, knowledgeable, and more affordable than their competitors.
I was able to pick out the correct dumpster with their assistance, have it delivered on time, and picked up in a timely manner as well.
I say to the folks at ADR, you did an outstanding job, and it was a pleasure to work with you, and you will always be my first choice in the future for dumpster rentals!

They delivered the dumpster on time and early in the morning so we were able to utilize the whole day. They were respectful and polite and answered all my questions. I will most definitely rent from them again

The folks in Joelton Tn go above and beyond to help you with scheduling and placement. Iv used this service many times and will be using them many times more. Cannot say enough about the service I have received!

When I was searching for a dumpster for some home repairs, Affordable Dumpster was by far the most helpful for the time I needed it. Elijah was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He gave me tips of what NOT to put in the dumpster or I would be charged more. Most employees don't give you all the details but Elijah did. They delivered the dumpster on time and pick it up on time. They also had the best prices for the length of time I needed the dumpster. A company that helps you and gives you what you asked for deserves a little praise especially now.

Ordered a last minute dumpster rental on a weekend afternoon after our remodel demo was a bit more extensive than anticipated. They showed up within an hour and a half to save the day! Demo crew could finish the job and we were very happy!

It was a great experience. I was helped by a gal named Caroline. She was very thorough and did an excellent job at setting my expectations. Everything that she said was going to happen happened. I couldn't be happier. I don't think I'll ever even look at another dumpster service again I will just go straight to this place

They over charged me $295 saying they went to my property and the gate was close which they had the code. I will never ever use them again. This is a scam. Stay away

We have used them 4 times for various projects around the house. Each time the dumpster was delivered when promised and picked up promptly when we were done. The prices are very reasonable and the service from the top down is impeccable. We will definitely be using them again and we highly highly recommended them.

I had a good experience with this company. I needed a dumpster for cleanup while I was was moving. I googled dumpster rentals and this service caught my eye. They delivered in a reasonable price and they service went off without a hitch.

Expect additional charges on your Card later without any legit reason or proof

We have charged again after 2 weeks for additional weight without any heads up at the day of service or any proof of over wait on scale,

Please do not use this company. According to one of their employees they don't even own a dumpster instead they are just a third-party company doing a very unprofessional job and stealing people's money. First of all, they take the money out of your account the day that you order your dumpster and then DONT deliver what they already charge you for...in our case a 20 yds dumpster for $400 that was to be delivered on June 6th since we have a re-roof scheduled for the following day (7th) and on Thursday we didnt hear from them at all so my husband called to verified the delivery time and the told him between 3 and 6pm. We also told them when we ordered that we needed to make sure that it was delivered on time since we would be charge an extra $300 from our roofing company if they have to dump the shingles on a tarp on the ground and then take it to the dumpster because it would require extra labor. On Thursday we made sure to remind them of that and after 8pm and no dumpster I left them messages and emails almost begging these amateurs to make sure we get it before 7:30 am on Friday. The next day (Friday) my roofing crew had to call two more people to handle the debris and when we didn't get a call back from Affordable until after 7:30am when Justin (who knew nothing about it) called and I had to tell him the whole story he said that he would try to get us one but it would take time and to what I said never mind, don't send anything because we had already called BEEN THERE, DUMP THAT which by the way I highly recommend because they have excellent customer service and got us a dumpster by 8am and I'm very grateful to them. Then Chris called and I had to once again tell the story and he promise to send one and ask me if I still wanted it to what I reply NO! Then later at exactly 9:59 two guys that actually looked very lost, drove above the speed limit past our house and got in several driveways before trying to back up on ours and I met him and asked him to stop and then he said Chris told him to deliver that dumpster to us and I said that I already told Chris that we didn't wanted it because we had already called another company and that they were supposed to deliver it the day before; then he called somebody and left. At that moment I felt that they did that to make sure they can say they delivered it, but we have a copy of the contract and it said to be delivered on Jun 6th not 7th so it was too late. At that moment I felt they would use that to steal our money which it was confirmed that afternoon when yet another lost person called me to ask what happened, I told the same story for the FOURTH time and asked to deposit our $400 back to which she reply that there may be some charges and I told her that in any case and if they were an honest company they would pay the extra $300 expense that we incurred thanks to their lack of professionalism. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY ($100)!! PLEASE BEWARE AND KNOW THAT OTHER COMPANIES DONT CHARGE YOUR CARD UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETED!!! The good thing is that I stay home and will spend hours posting reviews in every site possible to make sure people don't get scammed by them like we did, and I will also open a complaint with BBB (done it) and with the FTC because they are scamming people out of their money, I will contact the state attorney general, DCA, CGSO somebody will hear me and investigate them. How dare they charge me $100 if they are the ones who broke the contract and literally didn't deliver? And how can a company charge you for goods they don't have? I know is just $100 but they used bad practices to get them, and I vow to protect other people so that this don't happen to them. I will make sure somebody investigate their business practices because you cannot go around taking sensitive information like bank information from people and feel entitle to get money out of their accounts just because you want to. Thank GOD for social media...now on my way to Yelp and Google!

The most pleasant and helpful customer service reps. Great and affordable prices. The drop off and pick up process was so easy. Id recommend these guys to all my family, friends, and businesses in GA they were amazing.
