Fantastic company (out with Irvine branch)
After having a horrible experience at the Irvine branch, with sour faced staff and abysmal customer service skills, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with the gentleman at the Hillington branch. Couldn’t have been nicer and a fantastic help. Credit to you all.

It's odd to have 2 gift card options…
It's odd to have 2 gift card options for either only in store or only online. Limits the user significantly. Also I wanted £60 which was not an option. Had to buy a 50 and 10. Not a great experience

We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't as straightforward as you expected. We offer two different types of gift cards because they are designed for different uses. Our online gift vouchers are sent by email and can only be redeemed on our website, while our in-store gift cards are physical cards that are posted out and can only be used in our retail stores.
We appreciate your comments regarding the available denominations and understand that having to purchase separate £50 and £10 vouchers wasn't ideal. We'll be sure to pass your feedback on to the relevant team.
