It has been a pleasure buying several Franklite Monaco fittings and silk lamp shades from Affordable Lighting twice. These delicate products are made of excellently quality and each time arrived thoughtfully packed, quickly and on time. The one hour slot was most convenient. The customer service has been fantastic all along! Really accommodative with my needs and wishes, from exchanging a fitting because I preferred another finishing, and even picked it up from my address gratis (!) to meticulously organising the replacement of a few damaged crystals with the manufacturer, which arrive next day…and twice as much as I requested! They have made my whole buying experience swift, smooth and stress free. I gladly recommend Affordable Lighting to anyone!

I found the lights I wanted which I hadn't found in the shops and they are just as described and I am very happy with them ordered on the Saturday and they were delivered the following Tuesday excellently packaged. The reason I have not awarded 5 stars is because we were not told the product was not in stock until after we placed the order. We were kept informed about delivery and the product was delivered on promised date. Stock information on website would be very helpful.

My request to have a bespoke ceiling light was met with a can do attidude from the sales team. The team went the extra mile and contacted the manafacutrer and obtained a bespoke item for me. The item arrived very quickly and was beautifully packed.

I had a question about the type of bulb I should use with the pendant light I wanted to buy. My call to Affordable Affordable lighting was answered by Josh, who couldn't have been more helpful. He followed up by sending me photos that he took with his own camera so that I would have a better idea of the appearance of the bulb.

Competitive pricing and superb customer service - what more could I want. The Badger light is gorgeous, too.

I was concerned that the copper colour of my lights would not go with the other room fittings. The photos of lights showed varying colours. The lady in customer services took a photo of the showroom model against another colour for comparison and I was then able to order with confidence. The lights arrived with no delays and will look lovely in my room.
