Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. We were initially called to ensure we had ordered the correct product (two very large chandeliers) before dispatch and were asked for a delivery date preference.When we had a minor problem with one of the chandeliers (a missing part) it was resolved very quickly. There was definitely a very personal touch to the service provided.

Excellent service
I placed my order, did not receive an automated email after completing payment,however called the company and straight away they resend the payment receipt email to my inbox. The lady i spoke to was very friendly and nice. the delivery was within agreed time. will always use them.
