Great service quick and easy pick up of van friendly staff and overall good value for money

Great service, and friendly staff. Would recommend using these for any type of rental of a vehicle and or van.

Made my van booking through the on line site as i normally do . The booking is so easy . I collected the van on the morning of my booking it took minutes to go through the paperwork and only a few more minutes to check over the van with a member of Affords staff . I have never had a problem and will use Afford when ever the occasion arises .

Booking in process was long and drawn out. One can't help but feel in a digital age, license checks and document checks could be scanned in before collection day. The van must of been returned and had limited wash and check time before rehire, as I had to wait for to happen. It's a shame this isn't accounted for as it did leave me feeling like I was just part of the turnaround process. It was taking so long I took the van as it was after just a quick wetting down.

I recently hired a rental van from Afford Rent A Car in Stafford and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the price was competitive, and unlike Enterprise (where I’ve often faced unexpected add-on costs and have been let down multiple times) Afford delivered exactly what they promised.

Phil and Debbie provide exceptional customer service, and the whole process, from booking to collection, was completely seamless. The Stafford branch team were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Their offer of no excess and no deposit is truly unique in the local area, and their vehicles are always in fantastic condition, ours was pristine on collection.

I’m genuinely impressed and won’t be returning to Enterprise now that I’ve found Afford. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a hire vehicle. Thank you again for the outstanding service!
