Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience: despite expressively offering the possibility to join a class online, they are not able to ensure a proper technical set-up: audio-connection doesn't work, screen-sharing doesn't work. In times like these this is not acceptable and the courses are too expensive for such an inability.

Administrative chaos
I can unfortunately not recommend this institution due to the administrative chaos it adheres to. I enrolled in 30 hours of online classes. For the first scheduled lesson the teacher did not show up. Then the schedule was changed. After the sixth lesson, the Alliance unilaterally switched to a format of online self-exercises. My emails expressing discontent and asking for an appropriate refund have been ignored for months already.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry for your unfortunate experience.
These classes were taught to the members of the International Court of Justice, for which 90% of the fees were financed by the French government. For this, the 49 euros you personally paid for were reimbursed partially. As you had followed the initial 6 hours out of 30, we could only reimburse you for most of this amount.
We were happy to refund you the fees for the classes you couldn't take. Indeed, this reimbursement took us a few weeks to execute in order to respect the regular administrative process.

Could you please clarify your request, after researching you ordered on 19 December 2021 a licence to prepare your exam. We gave you access to this licence less than 24 hours later. You have confirmed by email that you have received your login and password. To the best of our knowledge, you have never logged on to this platform. The person in charge of monitoring access to these licences, following this posted notice, took the liberty of contacting you again and has not received any response from you to date.
