AFLATEK Silent 80
I took a punt and bought 2 compressors from Stokker. They arrived quickly and seem good quality. They come with a european plug on the lead and an adapter which is ok but not ideal and would recommend replacing with a uk plug. Had a problem with one of the machines when the euro adapter overheated and started to melt and one of the motors overheated. When I contacted Stokker and explained what was happening they replaced the machine immediately with the EXC version and everything has been fine since. I have since ordered a further 2 machines.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, ordered a £600 compressor over a week ago. When I asked where it was, when it was dispatched, who it dispatched with, when I would be receiving it. Simply told "tomorrow hopefully", then told that delivery takes upto 7 working days, since when does a pallet take 7 working days to arrive????? Still none the wiser as to where and when my compressor is being deliveried or who is delivering it????

Very poor customer service.These people are very rude.Need to pay a return postage.The compresors are on very poor quality.Paypal recovered the money from them.Dont deal with them just report them to the paypal or ebay resolution centre If u find the product are not as on the description.

Let's get clear of the situation.
Client Mr. Zdzislaw Sopiela bought product from Stokker LTD. after two days of use client requested refund referring to the discrepancy of the goods, we kindly asked what exaclty is wrong, Mr. Zdzislaw Sopiela replied that pressure of product isn't same as it written on our website, we kindly told him that we can send instruction how to increase/decrease pressure.
Thing is that our product is multifunctional and can be adjusted for clients need, so we make a logical conclusion that Mr.Zdzislaw Sopiela
did not understood the meaning of the description of the product.
After we provided all explanations client refused them and told that he just don't need it anymore, on what we kidnly told him that we will easily refund him but he must pay back delivery. From our side it looks like free rent. We never refused any refund that based on arguments and facts, but in this situation product matched on 100% of website description and was working and had no problem.
Thats why we requested to pay return postage. Simple logic.
We don't have any claim against Mr.Zdzislaw Sopiela, we have fully refunded him, payed postage fees.
Who is wrong or right in this situation? You decide.
P.S. We are always polite to all of our clients regardless of the situation.
