Great service and lovely bracelet!
I had a great experience buying from Afterdiamonds. I was given support in choosing the perfect Tennis bracelet for my partner from a great choice of options. I needed to return the bracelet for adjustments to suit her smaller than average wrists, Afterdiamonds were helpful/prompt to respond/ and were a pleasure to deal with. Miriam in the customer service department was great throughout - perfect service!

Fantastic company service
Fantastic company service, so helpful, i wanted to buy a ring for my wife and struggled with the size. They offered to send me a ring of a different size so i could give it to her on her birthday, which i then returned and the sent me the correct size. Also a big thank you to Miriam who kept me informed at all times. The ring is beautiful and i would recommend to anyone 5 star service.

Beautiful diamond pendant, shame about the chain
When I contacted the customer service with a query, they were responsive and helpful. When the diamond pendant arrived it was beautiful, however the white gold chain is extremely thin and delicate, so I’ll have to take extra special care when wearing it.

1 carat white gold hoops
Ordered a pair of 1 carat hoops in white gold on Friday and they arrived at lunchtime on Saturday . Good packaging and a certificate included . The earrings themselves are great quality! You can definitely see that the diamonds are VVS . The sparkle on them is amazing and the earrings look better than the pictures actually a so was worried they might be a bit big and not look real , but very pleased. Now I hope they don’t break and don’t see them reduced .. ;).

If Carlsberg measured customer sevice
I purchased a necklace for my wife last year, but it snapped. I was going to take it to a jeweler for a repair but I thought I would check with After Diamonds if they do repairs. During my call with them the very helpful lady told me I had a lifetime guarantee, and if I sent it back they would either charge for a repair, or repair free of charge, or replace. I have today received my brand new replacement. Many thanks to all of you.

I ordered a ring under the impression it was 24hr delivery but they were extremely quick to inform that this was not the case. I responded with a date within their stated delivery time that I needed it for as it is a present and the ring was delivered within this period. They were very helpful in their correspondence with me during this. The ring looks top quality and better than on the screen from when ordering.

Superb service and quality jewelry
The service I have received from After diamonds was second to none, I don't think I've ever come across such great customer service , a Hugh thank you to Miriam who dealt with my order and arranging everything for me . The ring I ordered for my husband came extremely quickly and was delivered on the date they gave me. I was so happy with the ring and it came complete with a lovely box and gift bag.
