I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I placed an order and paid for Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (next working day).
Despite this, 9 days have passed and I have not received the item.
No tracking number was ever provided, and there is no confirmation that the item was even dispatched.
I have contacted the seller multiple times but received no response.
At this point, my money has been taken, the item has not arrived, and no refund has been issued.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering, especially when paying for express delivery that is not honoured and when communication from the seller is absent.

All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked 24, and tracking details are always provided once an item has been dispatched. If an item is not in stock, we contact customers within 24 hours to advise of the estimated delivery date and provide the option to proceed or cancel.

Dispatch and delivery is super quick. Ordered at lunchtime and received my ring the next day.
Upon the ring arriving, it was a little finer than I would have liked so requested an exchange for a slightly thicker band. The customer service was excellent, Miriam got back to me extremely quickly and arranged return of the original ring. As soon as the original ring was returned they sent my replacement. And I love the replacement ring!

Absolutely first rate service. Would definitely recommend. Ordering couldn’t have been easier online and the outcome was just perfect. The ring I ordered had to be made from scratch due to not having size already made. I was informed it could be 3-5 wks before I received it but got in within just under 3. The ring was stunning and I loved it as soon as I saw it. My finance’ was over the moon with it. Thank you very much. I will be back again.
