Item was out of stock and even though I asked to be notified when it was ready to be dispatched, to enable me to delay delivery due to being away from home this did not happen. Delivery was attempted while I was away.
Despite all of this the ring is lovely and my grandson is very pleased. I just think communication and customer service could be greatly improved

I bought a bracelet for my granddaughter for 21st birthday. It arrived next day and was beautifully packaged. I have to say it was more beautiful than in the photos. My granddaughter was over the moon and thought it looked much more expensive than it was. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very pretty necklace and pendant
I did have to wait 3 weeks for my order due to it not being in stock and needed to be handcrafted which After diamonds did inform me by email and gave me the choice on wether I wanted to cancel or proceed. I did decide to proceed as it was an anniversary gift from my husband and had my heart set on it. The necklace and pendant is very pretty. The only suggestion I would make is for After Diamonds to put on their website is, if the item is out of stock, so customers can make that choice on wether they want to wait before purchasing.

Beautiful ring
After a horrible experience with another well known jewellery company, I stumbled across this company online.
I was tasked with finding my partner a ring for our engagement. I was only told it had to be “blingy”. With some trepidation I ordered the 1 carot lab grown 5 stone diamond on a platinum band as she already has a solitaire promise ring I have given her.
To say it was well received would be an understatement. My new fiancée LOVES the ring.
I still can’t believe this ring can be sold at the price I paid. It absolutely sparkles and the weight just oozes quality. The valuation certificate is a nice touch.
The initial communication online was excellent. I was informed that the ring in the size I needed was in stock and ready for next day dispatch.
I did however receive an email the next day telling me the ring was out of stock and I would have to wait 5 weeks. However this was quickly cleared up as a mistake with a quickly returned email.
The ring did arrive promptly as expected. However I did have to wait until quite late for the tracking details.
A very satisfied customer here. And this company is highly recommended.

Bracelet broke twice!
I bought a bracelet which broke within a few weeks. They fixed it for me but it broke again after a few months. They refused to fix it again and would only do it if I paid for the repair ( initially £57). I have been wearing other bracelets on the same arm for years and none have ever broken. This one is very flimsy, badly made and obviously not suitable to wear every day. I would not buy from this company again. Bracelets at these prices should last more than a few months and not break. Bad customer service .

Be aware of what is in stock.
Be aware that the website is extremely unclear on what is in stock or not. We ordered an eternity ring for our anniversary at the end of the week. Website shows next day delivery. We then got a confirmation email, followed by an email to say it's not in stock and will take 5-6 weeks! The website should not allow you to buy something without clearly stating it is not in stock before taking your money. Extremely disappointed.
***PLEASE NOTE, THE REPLY STATES THEY LIST IF THE PRODUCT IS IN OR OUT OF STOCK. THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE AND WAS THE REASON FOR MY NEGATIVE REVIEW.
