it's a scam website that rugpulled on all investors. Don't spend your money. I invested back in 2021 and been watching the empty promises over the years and no progress has been made.

I just don't understand, I see great reviews but I'm waiting years and I'm unhappy. So if I get a avatar I can go on my lands and put the houses

I did work for them and in the end they did not pay me for the last three months. I was friendly and helped them when they were in need. Their “ceo” David called me and promised me multiple times they will fix everything. I offered them discount or to pay in parts - anything. Yet they did not pay. And wasn’t that big sum - 15k. It’s a bunch of clowns.

Had an issue with Coinbase payment in AIM store today, tried 1st time but maybe due to my region I can't use Coinbase Commerce. Contacted customer service team and they responded in less than 1hr which is great.
I purchased bunch of NFT's from AIM store previously so I know card payments works always perfectly.

Customer support has always been extremely efficient at resolving my queries and even offered a live online meeting with their product expert on one occasion when in beta testing.

I had a question for the team and got a response right away! And helped with my question right away!

I have contacted the Aftermath Islands support team with a few different challenges that were time sensitive. Each time they were prompt and courteous to help resolve them. It is refreshing to work with a business that has great leadership, customer service and follow through!

Best metaverse project I’ve come across. Documented team with an incredible vision. The communication and transparency from this project is one of a kind 🙌

I used to teach customer service and in todays environment where you can rarely even find a contact number to contact a large company and have to deal with voice recorded prompts or chat bots that send you in circles, this company has absolutely blown me away with how good their customer service is. I've never left a review before but had to share this with anyone thinking about doing business with this company. They are ALL-STARS!!
