This webshop has very poor communication, and you simply won't get your money back because they're completely unresponsive. After contacting them, I was supposed to remove my negative review and get my money back... meanwhile, my credits expired because I trusted them. I've been dealing with this for three months now. They've said at least three times that they'll refund it. Now they're simply not responding... I've lost my money and have no more credits to buy anything with, so unfortunately, I've been scammed.

Zoe helped me in exceptional circumstances when I had issue navigating the website and shop.

I used this website very first time but I disappointed bcz they didn’t given me any update of my order. They write the order will be placed 2 to 7 working days but already 6 days gone they didn’t give me any update of my order.

I appreciate the prompt response from the team, they reached out in less than a day and helped me with both the refund and clarifying the subscription details

i am hesistant to give this feedback and click on the link to the so called refund process. i hope tnis is genuine for their is a constant request of Ms Kai.
I didnt do such transaction from your end and was deducted an amount of P454 from my maya acct. and i did not even recieved any otp on the transactions.

Everybody thanks somebody because they want a positive review before they send your money back. For me they didn't send my money back.
After six months they send 2.5 euro !!!

Kai did a good job by working on cancelling the subscription as soon as I logged the complaint. I acknowlege receipt of a refund of 2 Euro which is equivalent to 34.61 cedis in my currency on Wednesday however I'm yet to receive the 7.55 Euro (118.57 cedis) and 7.60 Euros (119.34) which were deducted from my account on Tuesday 8:07am and 9:21am respectively without my consent.
