I made the request more than a month ago
For more than a month I requested a refund of the amount of $31.35 dollars that they charged me without my authorization and supposedly they agreed to return the money to me. Two months have already passed and the money has never arrived. I contacted one of the chat agents again and they asked me again to complete the entire process to get the refund. This is already evidence that they want to steal the money.
