Age Co, sort your website out!
Have recently ordered some products online-with great difficulty. Attempted to order something else today-impossible. Everything keeps going round in circles, and repeating itself, cancelling out the last steps taken. Age Co should know that carers do not have time to wrestle with a poorly functioning site, or to sit on the phone to get matters resolved. Unlikely to order again, for this reason.

As it was through age uk they were…
As it was through age uk they were understanding and empathetic about the ridiculous price of insurance for someone who has not had a claim in 60 years. However it was a much better price than all other providers. I am fit and well but still feel insurance companies don’t take this into account. I still work and have to pay more for insurance when I am trying to commute to work to contribute to society and keep myself able to survive
